We had Wilkins and AVG who were those types of players and Greer let them go.

Wilkins wasn’t “let go”. The AVG thing was more than “letting him go”. With him that COULD be the case, but there’s enough evidence to support that he wanted to be closer to home and there was tampering by the Vikes.

They were celebrating all season long. Injuries and better teams slowed the winning down. Some of the best teams of all time did choreographed celebrations.

Bench them. I’m sorry guys, with me being retired military I’m a strong advocate for discipline. If YOU can’t be disciplined, I’ll do it for you.

Yes. You have to hit them where it hurts most, their ego. Benching is the best way.

The problem is, I can't imagine owners tolerating it.

I think he’s fallen in line with guys like Holland and Tyreek.

We had the opportunities to bring back both AVG and Wilkins. Losing them was a big time blow to the team and the defense. From a character/leader standpoint on down. We absolutely should have retained at least one of them. Done is done.

As for the team quitting, Tua with his glasses. I get it. Denver was mollywhopping KC, that was our only shot at getting in. Guys quit in the name of living to fight another day. Nobody wanted to end the season with a shattered knee or torn Achilles. It would have been a meaningless win and we would have fell in the draft. So from that point of view, it's understandable. The other side is saying "hey, where's your pride, this is the Jets we're playing." People that don't like Tua took their shots because they were there to take. Now Hill is pulling his diva BS, and pretty much all the dirt comes out after we lose. This is sports and it's nothing we haven't seen before. Will Hill be back? I hope so, but of not, then ok we move on. Will Tua be the quarterback? Probably. Like it or not he's here for at least another year.

Yes, they could have brought back Wilkins. He priced himself out of Miami. Imagine if the Dolphins had paid him what he got from the Raiders, then he got hurt 3-4 games into the season. Lmao… In reality, Wilkins wasn’t worth the amount he got and this DL played just as well without him this season.

With AVG’s thing there’s just not a lot of concrete evidence to show what happened. However, if you look at his wife’s X page, there’s enough for me to think that the Vikes tampered with AVG. I DO think the Dolphins should have been faster on the gun with AVG and extended him before the season ended. That is a knock on Grier.

I think Tua’s shy personality causes him to be a follower. He sees guys like Tyreek and Holland and even Waddle, dancing and celebrating so he thinks he needs to do that too.
I hope he matures more this season, gets serious about his position of leadership, and gets guys dialed in.

    How does one “where” sunglass?

    He doesn’t have a concussion.

Tua practices in the Miami Sun everyday. Without sunglasses, just sayin’.
