Who are you rooting for and/or against in the playoffs? AFC KC - sorry, no threepeat for you Buff - never will I ever Baltimore - only for lack of other options Houston - nah Pittsburgh - second most hated fan base in the league. Nope Chargers - meh Broncos - definitely rooting for them to beat Buffalo, but don’t know if they’re ready NFC Detroit - rooting hard for them, they (and their fans) deserve a title Philly - Good Lord no. Worst fans ever Tampa Bay - second choice after Detroit; gotta love Baker Rams - nah. For some reason, can’t stand McVay Minnesota - I would root for them, but don’t really want to see Flores get a ring Washington - maybe, if for no other reason than to stick it to Snyder Green Bay - see above, insert Aaron Rodgers’ name. I just don’t think they are going anywhere with an injured qb, especially since they will be on the road. Will root hard for them against Philly
Rooting for Detroit. But I do think a KC threepeat is possible. That is a very good team, and lucky too. If I had to make a prediction I think it's KC vs. Detroit in the SB.
Rooting for Detroit, also like the Packers. I don't want Minny or Philly. I want to see Buffalo and KC lose, but I feel KC in particular is probably headed back to the big game. Maybe the double bye will hurt them.
I wanted Nix so I'll be rooting for Broncos. Hoping Lions win it all. Would not be upset if Vikings won it all.
I'm rooting for KC to three-peat to take the luster off NE's 6 SB wins and to keep the Buffalo Belles in the shadows as a bunch of "also-rans" who always come up short.
I’m 100% with taking shine off of the Cheatriots so if KC wins I’ll be OK with that. Plus, I like Andy Reid. However, I’d also love to see the Lions fans get a SB. Live vicariously through a fan base that’s had it worse than us over the years. Lol
My preferred order: AFC Pittsburgh Chargers Houston (Big gap) Denver (big gap) Kansas City Buffalo Baltimore NFC Detroit Minnesota Tampa Bay Rams Green Bay Washington Philadelphia
I'm Detroit all day Philly because I'm from nearby Pittsburgh because I've always liked them despite everyone else hating them Tampa because Baker deserves to win Minnesota Other than that, I don't care. There's not a single team in our conference that I'm pulling for besides Pittsburgh and they're going out in the first round so it really doesn't matter. It'll be The Chiefs vrs The Lions in the big one.
And keep Buffalo away from a shot at the title! The only way I root for KC is if they play the Bills in the AFC Championship.
Who else? I'm certainly never going to root for the Bills and Ravens, and the Chiefs and Broncos have won too often. People seem to forget that Denver just won the SB twice not too long ago.
Oh I’m sick of TS and BOTH Kelce brothers at this point, but there’s no way I can ever root for crybaby Josh Allen and the Bills in any situation. That sentiment applies to the Jests and Patsies as well.
Made it in 2013 and won in 2015. About a decade ago. I think some fans forget about the Peyton Manning Broncos era. Gase was a coach on those teams right before we hired him. Then they of course also won in 97 and 98, so three titles and another appearance in the last 25+ years. A lot compared to most teams other than New England and KC.
It definitely would, especially in heartbreaking fashion (wide right, ha!), but I’m ok with them losing early to avoid any semblance of a nerve wracking situation, lol.
Its wild to think that the last AFC East team to make a Super Bowl other than New England (not win, just appear) was the Bills back in 1993, 31 years ago. The Patriots have been to 10 since then. All four teams in the NFC South have been since 2009, and all four in the NFC West since 2008. I'm hoping one of the two between the Lions or Vikings gets in for some new blood. Sports are better when lots of teams cycle through with their turn at the top.
I agree that the league office itself seems to have decided to push a few teams because that's what they think people will want.
I think it is. Even in a reverse fashion. People watch teams they hate as much as they watch team they love.
Its sort of a chicken or the egg thing too, though. Because they've been increasingly pushing this over the last decade, in addition to the gambling BS, they've created a young generation who has a different outlook and expectation than before. And its freaking ruining the enjoyment of it for people like myself.
You're right. I'm watching the Bills and Chiefs only hoping to see them get knocked out. I can't remember the last time I haven't hated a team in the Super Bowl giving me a reason to watch. Patriots, Eagles, Chiefs just to name a few.
The DEtroit lions baby and or should of been head coach Dan the meathead Campbell isn’t that was most folks called him while he was here and let go, a meathead shame on those folks
Detroit all the way for me. Can't root for KC, what with them fielding the ground staff and the cleaning ladies against Denver and then their fans trolling about Tyreek. They can go to hell in a handcart as far as I'm concerned and take Ken and Barbie Kelce with them. Please.
You really have to get over it. It was a million years ago. You still think he would be the head coach right now in Miami if they hired him then? No. The Lions were really bad for years with him and accumulated insane talent in the process. Their GM did an amazing job. When the Lions lose again in the playoffs, it will be because of him.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say the Rams get to the Super Bowl in the NFC. Their offense is healthy right now. Rams vs Chiefs
I was hoping we would keep him. Lions would be my first choice to win, just hope he takes the points when he needs to this time around
