Wac Jones looked decent for a little more than a season, let's wait and see once teams have more film on Maye.

Did you see the stat they put up on the last 4 head coaches of the Patriots through their first 11 games?

    Bill Parcells 1-10
    Pete Carroll 6-5
    Bill Belichick 3-8
    Jarod Mayo 3-8

Not sure what you’re implying by him being a clown. Not every first year head coach can make the playoffs.

Agreed, but this kid looks quite good imo. The Pats suck and they look way better with him than with Brisket, sure hope he becomes another McKorkle.

I think we’re going to see Tua and other starters pulled at the 5:00 mark, if we’re still up 31-7.

Yes. All those years that the Patriots beat up a bad AFCE team (Or is it NFCE teams to you? lol) doesn't count. Take away the Pats Super Bowl. Same with the Rams SB in 1999. They didn't beat a "winning" team that year...so yea.

And while we're at it. Take away Chops sacks while you're at it. I'm sure you've crunched the numbers and all of Verse's sacks were against the #1 OL line in the league. Same with all the HoF'ers with a lot of sacks. Their numbers are cut in half due to them playing bad OL's.

These takes are just so lazy.

Can't trust a backup QB to just hand off? Why are they even on the team?

Houston just missed the game tying FG. They should lose. A win next week and it could set up big big game against Houston for the last wildcard spot.

At the end of the season the NFL should just throw out any wins against teams that are below .500. Teams with the most wins against teams over .500 make the playoffs. Same with TD passes, sacks, tackles, etc. If a QB throws a TD against a "bad" team, it doesn't count. etc...

Best game this year! They did get a bit complacent late. I was hoping for a shutout, but so be it. Tua's rating this year is now up to 106.25. That's once again top 5. Elite!

Our playoff chances are looking better. As Finatik said Houston lost, so either they or Indy are realistic targets, and don't forget Denver has to play the Chargers, Bengals and Chiefs to close out their season. Now onto GB! We need to prove we can beat good teams. But even if we lose we have a realistic path to the playoffs.

    Redskins beat Dallas today, right?

KC put up at least a 40 burger against the Panthers, right?

    Houston won, right?

No? Damn...how is this possible? How can a winning team lose against a losing team or not just blow them out? Those "winning" teams must be mirages.

How a player plays depends on their skillset. You make Tua more mobile by letting him lose weight he's going to attempt more plays like the one we saw against Buffalo, i.e., running to get the 1st down. That's why losing weight is linked with him playing smart. Losing weight means he'll run more, which means he needs to make sure he doesn't increase the chance of a concussion by playing smarter. If he can manage that, then yes he's a more deadly QB after the weight loss. But if he can't.. it may not be worth the trade-off.
