Looks like I'm moving up to 9th in the standings. About as much chance at the playoffs as the Dolphins themselves, lol.
Decided to bench Goff for Stroud this week. Goff would have gotten me 42 points while Stroud has less than 5. I still would have lost, but it would have felt better. In fact, pending the second half, Stroud is only my 4th best QB this week.

You and me both! Even had 2 players score 0 points this weekend (Gesicki continuing to be almost as useful as he was when he was a Dolphin...) and still got the win. Joe Burrow lighting it up recently has definitely helped a tonne, as has Montgomery continuing to score TD's almost every week, and Jennings getting more targets this season with Aiyuk and other 49ers injured.
I swear to the Football Gods that if I was still capable of producing a child (had to get fixed, baby girl almost killed mama, not takin no chances already more than blessed. Get me drunk sometime I'll tell you about the adventure that was ...) But if I could and happened to have a Son right now. I would Pray he was born on the 26th and I would name him Saquon. Ok we're way to white for that so Barkley. I could sell Barkley. Maybe I can get my Grandkid named Barkley one a these days. But since none of those things are happening soon, if I win this off of his year this year, that's my next dog's name at a minimum. Might have to get a pup just for it.
I think my luck might have run out and the 7 game winning streak is coming to an end, unless Courtland Sutton has a big game tonight (still possible...). At least I'm in the playoffs, so would rather a loss here then start the winning streak again! I did consider benching Kittle this week with the weather forecast in Buffalo and Purdy's struggles but, with Gesicki and Gray as the alternatives, I stuck with him. Of course, they both had decent weeks, so a win would have been more likely if I'd put one of them in.
As predicted, Sutton didn't score me enough to sneak the win...but benching Kittle for Gesicki or Gray would have, lol.
In a year im supposed to be rebuilding I'm in a playoff slot thanks to my rookies. Draft class looks good so far with Nabers McConkey Tracy and Bucky...hopefully they keep their prominent roles moving forward. Also a bad time for Henry to have a bye week when I need a win week 14 to stay in a playoff spot.
In a year where I thought I finally had a team to win, I'm in 10th place. We balance each other out. And now even though its Week 14, I have five starters plus both of my defenses on the bye this week. Its like the schedule was designed specifically to screw over my team if I was in the playoff hunt, lol.

For years my team was WR powered but not this year. WR are contributing sure but Saquon and friends are locking it down this year. Barkley going to Philadelphia is the best thing that could have happened for me
Well, starting to look like I’m not going to be able to sneak in and make a run, and it was all setup for me. Maybe Higgins can outperform brown and get me in, but playing Kelce over Hill looks to have been my downfall. Too many up and down performances by my team this year to save me.
Welp, Let's Just hope I don't choke this amazing season away in the playoffs. Coming in healthy and firing on all cylinders so here's hoping Coach can't **** this up in spite of hisself! Gotta say feels pretty good. This is where I first started playing Fantasy Football and being in first place in this crowd is a big deal, been a blast whatever comes next my brothers.
