For the record, I don't hate Tua, but I feel this team is going nowhere with him as you can't win consistently with a part-time starting QB.

So, yes, it's time to tear it down and start again.

If they can keep on playing like they did in the first half, then this should be a doub. Let’s see if they can actually do that though.

 

His contract doesnt allow us to move on. We are in this with him till at least 2027.

 

This is far from over but I'm pleasantly surprised by what we've seen today.

 

While I agree Tua’s greatest ability is his availability, Tua played every game last season, was the league’s leading passer, the Dolphins won 11 games and folks are still down on him.

For some folks, it’s never going to matter what Tua does or doesn’t do.

Damn Mostert was running so good this game. I was starting to have faith again. Can't give them momentum. We had some very lucky things happen and some luck from the refs in the first half. Need to be on point in the second half to hold on.

McDaniel should have had Tua covering Hollins instead of Fuller. He would have broken that TD up.

Last year... was the FLUKE season where Tua stays healthy all year. You can't build a team around a QB that has an occasional healthy season, but can be counted on missing 4+ games most years.

 

We are clearly a way better team with Tua.. but we are not a contender still.. not even remotely close.. and some of the salaries on our cap, just based off money we pay the players in key positions, we should be a top 5 team

 

Then there’s the 2022 season in which Tua led nearly every qb stat, even after being out 7 weeks with a concussion.

As I said, it will never matter to some what Tua does or doesn’t do. Haters gonna hate.

 

Tua does not throw well deep down the left. He underthrew Tyreek last week as well, good adjustments this time by Tyreek.
