Outplayed. Out coached. Out executed. Another embarrassment on the national stage. This team.

This was probably the most deflating game in my Dolphins history. 24 years and counting and not much to hope for now.

He is not a good coach and we gave him an extension?
Flores was better coach than this guy for sue.
He was just an idiot for going against the owner.

Was it over when the Nazi's bombed Pearl Harbor? It may not be over but more than likely-it is.

Same injury issues and we can't even make it past week two. Tua, Armstead, Mostert, OBJ, Winn, you could start an all injury team with those names.

Run an offense of tosses to the outside because you can't run inside behind these awful guards. Relying on practice squad guys for your #3 and #4 WRs and the results were almost expected, incompletions and interceptions.

This team may win 4 games as it stands and maybe that results in a high enough draft pick to get a new QB. Really sad to say this is maybe what it comes to this early in the season

McD really needs to give up play calling duties, he's terrible at it. That fustercluck just before the half was inexcusable. Is McD such a control freak that Tua is not allowed to run a no huddle?

Agreed that he should give up the play calling.

Not sure Tua is smart enough to run a no huddle. He's not smart enough to slide so...

Last night's game was an absolute disaster, on both sides of the ball.

The defense couldn't stop the Bills offense...which sadly is the recent historical norm.
The offense couldn't get any consistent drives; poor interior blocking, poor running up the middle, poor receiving from Dubose and Chosen, poor play from Tua.

The Bills are that one team in recent history that just has our number. They aren't unbeatable. They have been beaten before so this is where the coaching staff needs to take a look at the games they've lost and ask what are they doing that we aren't.

We never should have let Dan Campbell go. I'd take him over Flores or McDaniel 10 out of 10 times. I liked the guy as our coach, and as a person who has not rooted for the Lions since Barry Sanders retired I find myself rooting for them based on how much I admire Dan Campbell's coaching style.

Hes more of a visionary than an X and O’s type coach but his coordinators definitely understands and implements that vision. Love the lions play style, theyll always be a tough team to face win or lose

That was their task after last year. It turned out even worse this year against a, frankly, lesser Bills team.

We either just don't have the talent or just don't have the mental toughness. They just wanted it more. They cared more. Their best players stepped up and made plays. Ours did not, while our role players just bleeped all over themselves. Part of that is McDaniel, part is the players. You have to get yourself up and execute.

Part is also the team building. We made the conscious decision to scheme our way past bad OL play. It didn't work last year and it's not working this year. It's ok when going up against clearly inferior teams, but against the elite competition we just can't out-tough them. They go shell and attack the line and we don't have the horses in the front to make them pay.

Fwiw this is not a dig at Mike McDaniel. I have to say since the Tua injury I have seen nothing but pure class and genuine concern for a person he cares for as a real friend.

As a guy living in the Detroit area for the past 7 years and seeing Campbell come in ... he's been amazing. BUT, I also see a lot of Sean Payton in him. It was the right move to go apprentice more, develop more connections and hone his craft. He was extremely raw as a coach when he interimed for us. It also helps that Detroit was able to pair him with a GM who has brought in some serious talent.

Cambell was raw when he was here. I loved him but I think he needed to marinate a little and now he’s in a position to be a head coach.

Well so did McDaniel. This guy is lost when we play the good teams.
