First and foremost we need to fire Boyer.

The offense failed first. They could be defending the endzone if the offense got a TD. Very different circumstances.

The irony of getting rid of your coach, bringing in a new one, trading away your future and still missing the playoffs. Sounds like a dolphins record on repeat

**** this league. I'm done with it. They ****ing mugged our WR's all night, no flags. The good old lob prayer for a DPI call is answered though... ****ing pathetic . Refs have far too much impact in this league.

Yeah, I'm tired of the one-sided calls deciding the game. Getting closer every year to finding other things to do.

It’s a joke how much officials influence games. They have let them mug our WR all night then seal the game for them on that call. Just **** off, I’m sick of watching officials decide games.

They need to go to the college rule. This kind of BS happens far too often in the NFL. It's intentional at this point by most offenses.

Miami is just a flawed team. Poor defense, poor OL and built from the outside in is no way to win.

Why bother with the timeouts? Buffalo will still run it down to 3 seconds and kick the FG.

Miami’s receivers were interfered with all game long and nothing called but look at a Buffalo receiver wrong?

That was a PI by Kahou. Need to turn around and play the ball.

However, the mugged our receivers all night and nothing was called.

It was blatant pass Interference by Kohou.
    Had to be called.

    Frustrating way to lose though.

What a deflating way to end the game. Anyway, we saw some good things today. McDaniel showed he could adapt, Tua struggled early but came back with some key throws, and the running game did great. And all that against a top defense away from home in the cold, in December. But it's clear we don't have a playoff caliber defense.

Still we're in the playoff race and today was a good sign. Not too disappointed, though I agree the refs were a bit more biased than usual for the home team.

If thats the best team in the nfl we are at worst number 6. They needed an act of god and scab pig referees to beat us.

The flag was airborne before Kohou made any contact with the receiver. Clear as day on replay.

It was no worse than all the ones they had ignored all night, right from the first play when they hit our WR before that ball got there. Yet, they call it there to decide the game.

With each passing game I’m getting to the “sports entertainment” thing. We’ve been getting jobbed by the NFL ever since the Tua concussion.

Miami made a game of it, but Buffalo is one of the darling teams of the NFL now, so they get the calls. The NFL needs to replace Brady and Rodgers soon, so time to make Josh Allen one of the stars of the NFL.

We can only hope the Smoking Man is still alive....

Refs have to swallow the whistle there. That was no blatant pass interference. That was borderline on a ball that has no chance to be caught.

I'm proud of this team. You all thought they would fall flat.

**** the NFL. **** Mark Sanchez and his mouth filled with Allen's **** all game

It was a great game. The Dolphins of the past few years would have got steamrolled.

The defense stinks but all in all it was much more encouraging then I would have expected.

Fire Boyer 5 minutes after the season ends though

This is probably the best I've felt about a loss in a long time. Playing against the refs and elements we only lost by a FG. If Mcdaniel doesn't get cute with 3rd down play calling I think we win. He needs to trust the line and the RB to get the first downs or TUA with his legs.

When your offense scores 29 and you still lose it’s on your defense not the refs. No excuses. Chubb, Phillips, Howard, Holland, Wilkins, Davis, Noah I, all top 2 round picks and tons of money invested in it and our defense still sucks.

I wish i felt the same way, but I don't. The defense sucks, but it's better than it should be given the injuries and circumstances. The offense on the other hand... just missed opportunities week after week even when we win. When it mattered, the offense choked with poor execution and poor playcalls. Then there's the NFL and it's poor and biased officiating. I'm ok with getting beat and losing a game, but I'm not ok when that more often than not feels like it's a direct result of officiating. I mean Hill was mugged all game, Buffalo with early contact all game and just no flags. But of course on a desperation throw designed to draw a DPI flag (why else would u have two WR's running basically the same route side by side to draw multiple defenders in hopes for contact?) and sure enough; there's the flag which effectively ends the game. They've got to go to the college rule because we see this far too often now in the NFL where teams purposely exploit the DPI rule being a spot foul. It absolutely has to change, the offense has far too many advantages over the D as it is.

The fact of the matter though is this... the defense is lacking talent due to injuries, but Boyer sure isn't helping things. He needs to go. The lack of pass rush after the Chubb deal is extremely concerning. We have no depth in the secondary currently cuz all our backups are currently playing. Then on offense is fairly healthy aside from Jackson and Wilson currently but the inconsistency of the OL, and run game, the inconsistency in play calling, the inconsistency at the QB position the last 3 games, the drops by the WR's, there's just too many issues with this team as a whole. Then, top it off with the lack of draft capital and cap space to actually improve this roster. I don't see the path to success right now in the current situation. Unless the guys we have take major steps forward I see another scenario of blowing it up again before I see a scenario of success with playoff games and super bowls.
