Minnesotta choked this one away, with one and a half hands on their throats from the refs so far. Hopefully the refs stay out of it now with Buffalo getting the ball back now.

The refs owe the Vikes a makeup call. Bills have this won unless they turn the ball over.

Vikings may be done there. 97 gets tackled for Minny by the Bills OL... Allen runs through that hole on the first scramble. No flag of course.

As these QB's get bigger, adn more athletic, they need to take away the slide rule. They have too much protection when deciding to run IMO. If you want to be a runner... you're going to get hit. It should be that plain and simple. Guys with size like Allen can just run at will with no negative consequences. He can lower his shoulder and helmet to initiate contact, but if he gives himself up you better not touch him. So as a defender what do u do? It's a stupid rule that needs to go away. You want to run, be prepared to get hit

For the first time since Sporano I believe in this team except Jason Sanders. He is going to cost us a game eventually.

That Jeff Wilson trade is looking like a home run. He looked great running it today

A much better and more balanced performance from the whole team (apart from Jason Sanders).

There were so many outstanding individual contributions, but it seems that the addition of Bradley Chubb and Jeff Wilson has had an immediate impact on their respective units.

It really was great to see an effective running game and the D. being vastly improved on previous weeks.

And to cap it off, the jills lost in OT to the Vikings.

As difficult as it is to say, gotta give props to Grier for bringing in two guys who are making an immediate impact.

The Wilson trade was an absolute smash as was the Chubb addition! Props to Grier...He can't draft for crap, but he works magic with the trades.

Grier is turning into a pretty good GM. All the other mistakes don't matter if you find the right HC, QB, WRs (2 of them) and key pieces on defense. Doesn't matter if it's through FA or draft, he's given us the #1 passing offense in the NFL and it looks like it's going to last.

Time to give Grier and Ross props. We're built to be a consistent winner now.

    Offensive line was mucho Caliente!

Robert Jones was noticeably moving dudes in the run game.

I think we have found our starting 5 going forward. Can’t remember back to back O line performances like that…. 1 sack allowed in the last 2 games combined.

    Absolutely!! It's about damn time!

Personally; that's not Grier. That's McDaniel's influence telling Grier to go get Wilson. McDaniel is the one who knows Wilson the best in this organization, not Grier. That's a McDaniel influenced decision 100% IMO. Not Grier.

You also can't understate Tua's ability to get the ball out quick, and on the money routinely over the last few weeks as well. Basically since coming back from the concussions. Pitt game was a little shaky, but since then he's been lights out getting it out quick, seeing the field well, really growing into this offense perfectly.

Maybe this is the long time pessimistic side of my fandom but this seems one Terron Armstead injury from falling apart. Tuas health relies on keeping him clean. He’s been playing smarter too in terms of not taking on defenders head first, so that’s promising.

I still think he’s a below average drafter but he’s made some excellent trades for players and the Tunsil/#3 trade were game changers. The Wilson and Chubb trade looks incredible.

I need to see this play out over a full season but obviously this is promising as it’s been in a long time. And it’s fun to watch again. Now we just need to win.

I said this weeks ago when Tua came back from injury and people were predicting he wouldn't last long behind one of the worst OLs in the league, but how well the OL pass protects is highly dependent on the QB they're protecting. My prediction back then was the OL would suddenly start to look decent at pass protection because Tua is the QB. Unlike Bridgewater and Thomson who are very slow decision makers, with Tua you have a QB who has a very quick release (quicker now I think after that Cinci injury), and suddenly the OL looks decent.

It's something people who watch game tape but don't do statistical analysis can learn from stats. Too many people I think come to the wrong conclusion about the OL and pass protection. The two most stable statistics (among commonly used ones) when QBs change teams are comp% and sack%. That sack% is one of them should tell you that good pass protection is in large part due to the QB.

So I wouldn't worry too much about an Armstead injury on Tua. Maybe there will be a bit of a difference, but with an elite QB who gets the ball out quickly and scares the defense he should be fine, even with a bad OL. An elite QB will (and should) cover up for many OL issues.

It’s been quite a while since we’ve had a proper running back that doesn’t fall backwards on first contact. I had forgotten what it looked like.
I loved Wilkins press conference after when asked about the two new guys and he said about Wilson “I don’t know who pisses him off before games”. Such a perfect way to describe his running style.

Well Armstead was out vs Vikings which is why is a big part of why Teddy got hit 79 times.

Short of anxiety about the Kicker, this was as close to a perfect game we can expect from the Dolphins.

The Oranges were off a bye and destroyed the Bengals. They were only four-point dogs. They were a trendy pick.

This Dolphins Offence is finally coming into form. And the Oranges pass rush didn't effect Tua all that much. Also Tua put to rest all this talk of Hill and Waddle carrying the team. He distributed very well. But it's nice to see Waddle open on 3rd down all the time.

I guess the McDaniels didn't watch the Tampa game. WTF was with that trick play? He overthinks the room way too much, but is excellent on scheme.

There aren’t many guys you can improve your team with after letting Stefon Diggs go, but Jefferson is one of those few. Dude is spectacular, and if he stays healthy, will go down as one of the best ever at the rate he’s putting up numbers.
