If he throws it too short it's picked off. If he throws it too long it's picked off. That was a busted play and he put it right on Hill's hands. It's really ridiculous.
They are right, There have been many TDs missed because of underthrown balls by Tua. His in game limit is 55 air yards, never been able to throw it farther than that. However with waddle and Hill getting miles of separation on every play it makes up for his lack of arm.
