That last throw was terrible. I don't understand how people say he's so accurate? Receivers are always having to jump and reach for passes that are either under or overthrown.
Seems rigged. They're like helicopter parents for **** Birds. The Ravens don't do anything wrong, they good boys.
Tua still can't throw long or outside the numbers with any accuracy or velocity, still can't throw on the run or off platform. He's only good for short to intermediate slants and seem routes over the middle when he has a clean pocket.
Appreciate seeing some fight from this Dolphins team, but it's a sad familiar pattern when they face a physical and aggressive team.
Dude, NO ONE is blaming this on Tua. We're saying, this have is another example of why Tua is not the answer. He can't do it.
It's a shame Waddle has to jump to catch that ball. He's got so much space to work with but he has to stop, and jump to catch that ball. Could have been a much bigger play likely.
Same old Dolphins. It's early in the season, but a 1-3 start is very possible now. The only win at home over a very average Pats team. The only thing of interest will be seeing how McDaniel manages the team over the season and hoping to see a fundamental change in team culture.
Well man, think about being in that offense, you're down 21, and you know your QB can only throw over the middle with intermediate depth...you know this game is over. That will affect your play, especially when it's been like this for two years already. With the defense nonexistent, you know exactly how this game is going to go. That affects your play. Is it all on Tua? No. But a ****ton of it is.
Add keys just say you're on that defense. You know no matter what, whether you have a good day or a bad day, the onus is always on your unit to play lights out, because the offense doesn't score points. For two years. That's gonna affect their play.
Tua also can’t get plays off today. Three timeouts today due to not getting a play off. Unacceptable.
Im not a tua fan… i think thats well documented how i feel about him.. he doesnt have enough zip on that ball to make all the necessary throws/plays that need to be made. Sure hes accurate, but that floating ball gives the defenders enough time to make a play at the ball.. with that said… our offensive line is still bad, we made some pricey moves On it and we still are bad… To help tua and that offensive line, you have to make an immediate adjustment and go no huddle. Keep that defense on the field, dont let them substitute, wear them down. We are not going to win a straight up trench battle against an average defensive line. So all that huddling and letting them substitute is not helping.
That's some nice work there by Tua avoiding the pressure, buying time and finding Cracraft for the TD. This loss isn't on him today, he's played well outside of those two stupid decisions/INT's. Offense is still moving the ball well all day. Still holding out hope he's going to develop a bit more in this offense and show a bit more. Still don't think he's going to pan out to be an elite QB though, but it's still early in this offense. If he can clean up his decision making and ball security with all these weapons we might be ok. Real let down today has been the D, and special teams to start. However both Tua INT's came at really bad times and hurt any chance we had, but it likely wouldnt have mattered given how the defense has played today.
Still a perfect QB rating for Jackson today. Good job Defense. No wonder we're in the position we are.
