He'll get the third quarter to show if he's got the stones to bring us back. After that...yeah, I can see sleepy Ted finishing the game. I'll say this though...Bridgewater isn't any better of an option. For me, I want to see Sky.
If Tua leads up to a win I won't crack on him for the rest of the season just to appease some of our more sensitive fans out there. That's how much I still want Miami to win as a "fan."
It's most certainly over in our case. Tua can't play from behind. This offense isn't designed to do that with the quarterback we have. It just isn't an option.
Don't do that. The point here is to discuss his play; bad or good. If there's anything thephins.com knows well it's lengthy threads on whether QB's are good or not. I think the Tannehill one is actually still active
I for one an happy to see Mostert getting more touches today. He looked a little more explosive last week than Edmonds, and he's played well today given the extra opportunities.
Why has MOstert not gotten more carries this season. He should be toting no less than 15-20 carries per game. This is Duke Johnson all over again almost.
I was about to call out the refs, but that was blatant. What a dumb arse. I learned not to block in the back in Pop warner leagues.
What a catch by Gesicki for the touchdown. Nice response drive for the offense after the first half embarassment. Not many guys can make that play that Gesicki just did. Hope he got both feet down
like I said…. Now see if the defense actually wakes up on this next drive. If we hold them to zero points on next possession, this game is very much in question.
Gesicki had to climb a ladder just to snag that ball. What is Harbaugh complaining about both feet were in.
Why can’t Tua just do that always??? This kid is so inconsistent it’s infuriating. If he plays like he did that drive we will be fine.
McDaniel said heading into halftime something to the effect of the offense would be fine if they would stop trying to force things. That's a pretty direct statement from him to Tua IMO. It's the only reason I still have a sliver of hope because the offense has moved the ball well today for the most part. If he didn't force those two bonehead throws for INT's this may be a bit different looking game. I'm still holding out some hope that this is just growing pains in a new system still. Because he looked pretty darn good on that drive for the most part.
Tua finally using his feet to make a play. But we have a tripping penalty. Didn't realize I was watching hockey. That's a ****ing terrible call too. Wow.
Catch the ball Waddle! That's a play we need a big body WR in this offense for rather than all these little guys.
