    i dont if this has been said already but would it be wise to keep cam as OC?happy new years!!dont drink and drivE!!!plz dont randy mueller!!:ffic:

    Acording to nfl rules a HC cannot be demoted. Other personel are open game.

    I've been thinking about next years coacking staff and OC is the only position im not sure about. Here is what I want...
    GM: Jeff Ireland
    HC: Tony Sparano
    DC: Paul Pasqualoni
    OC: ? (Any suggestions?)

    No head coach would accept being demoted. If he gets fired, he'll take his money and i'm sure he'll be running an offense somewhere next season. Plus like phinphever said, it's against the rules.
