I strongly prefer aqua pants with the white jersey. And feel that this is easily the worst white uni in team history. They took so much of the aqua trim out, it's painful.
We’ll be wearing all whites for all daytime home games. It’s the reason why our sideline is in the shade and the visitors are in the sun. Their darker jerseys absorbing the heat and helping to wear them down.
It’s a crying shame that 34% of fans would rather see us lose to pump their chests about Tagovailoa than to be a fan and want the TEAM to win. I can see it now…Miami goes 13-4, wins the division, hosts a wildcard game, wins…travel to a divisional playoff game…wins…travels for the AFC Championship game, loses and instead of being gracious for a fantastic season, they’ll cry about how much Tua sucks. Dolphins fans can just sometimes be the worst
To be fair, that's a subjective guess on behalf of the tweeter. I believe maybe one out of 40 or so feels that way. They sold their woof tickets and their receipts are everywhere, so if Tua pans out, they think their credibility is on the line. The other Tua detractors are just fans who aren't impressed (as they have a right to not be). I'm just hoping this discussion is silenced within a few weeks.
People forget that Twitter is not a good sample of real life. Tua gets a huge pop each time he goes out there.
I think Tua's probably the most popular Dolphin since Ricky. There are many who don't like him and they're pretty loud about it, so they drown out the vast majority of the fan base.
We're actually favored tomorrow, -3.5 spread, and 3 points is usually given to the home team. Really need to win this game. Ravens, Bills and Bengals after that. I like the remake of this team. Main priority this offseason should have been, and was, get a top notch receiving core. This is a passing league and we need that. Really hopeful for Tua. I don't want to us to be hamstrung at QB yet again. Less than 24 hours till we're 1-0!
I was very surprised at the idea of that being record heat for the game, but I did a spot check of others that I remembered as being really hot, and while there are a lot that are high 80s to 90, I didn't see any over 91.
Finally it begins again. Let’s see what our team and new coaching staff is made of. Really hope this year will be different and that we‘ll silence the critics.
Hill was wiiiiiide open there and Tua threw him a grounder. Maybe it was tipped at the LOS but that coulda been huge.
