The article is correct- everything about this offense is timing. So if the QB loses a quarter or a half second because of a high snap, open windows are now closed and chaos ensues. Remember, Tua was throwing in the sub-2 second range a decent bit....so losing a quarter second on the snap is actually a pretty big deal.
