Too easy for the Jets. They are aggressive on offense, while their defense can play the run versus the Dolphins since Cam is so conservative.

Incomplete to Chapman

 

Chatman has hands of stone. We should have L. Booker in the game in this situation.

 

The sad part is that our secondary coach seems to refuse to make his corners play inside technique on third and 4 or 5. The Jets continue to run the slant play because our guys won't play inside technique. Play that technique and there is a slightly larger chance of a deep ball being completed, and yes, it gives a chance for the out. The out takes a lot long to run, and requires a much longer throw.

Instead, our corners make it very easy and give up slant after slant.

The LB's could learn to cover a simple dumpoff, but that's another post entirely...

 

2:30 to go, 3 to, let's see if Cam and Beck have learned anything about clock management.

I hate Cam as much as anyone, but we do have skill position players that may not start for a single other team in the league. Chatman at 80%, a raw WR who still doesn't run great routes, a WR who can't catch (Hagan), and a TE who can't do anything (Martin). Booker and Hagan go back and forth on starting I understand, but they're basically the same player anyway.

 

Chatman is playing so poorly right now. Switch it up with Booker, at least see what he can give us in the run game.

 

Ginn is almost over the 1k return yards mark and averages around 11 yards per Punt Return
