His inability to build a good staff, especially on offense is really going to cost him in the long run.
The good side is defense has gotten its act together. Squeeze in a score before the half and we're still somehow right in it. Let's go guys stop dropping passes!
These refs are always so good at seeing holding on us, but not our opponents. Pretty easy call on Hunt there though
Could be 14-10 or 14-6 but Flores and our receivers have decided they dont want to score points today
Is there a white flag we can waive? We should not be on the field.. this is how we perform on our home opener?
To me' that's not a fumble. He's recovered it and he's down by contact. The nfl just interprets its rules however it wants; whenever it wants.
Worst half of a football game as I have ever witnessed on all sides. Not Sure what happened but this is 100% on coaches
No grounding call on Allen launching the ball downfield out of bounds from the pocket with nobody anywhere near the ball? Ok... moot point since the missed the FG now, but... wow.
What a bad half of football on both sides. Jesus h Christ. These people make millions for this garbage of a product.
Honestly boys, Miami was winning a good part of that 1st half....even with the incredibly dumb mistakes, turnovers, etc. We shot ourselves in the foot every possible way and then the refs screwed us even more, but it's still a 14 point game. I'm frustrated as can be but it's not time to give up yet!
Miami should be winning this game with a competent offense. Jacoby Brissett isn't going to cut it. Guys are dropping balls but he's not exactly putting it in the bread basket.
Wow.. coaches totally unprepared today. Only bright spot is Waddle is clearly a baller, even with that fumble at the end. We're still in this game believe it or not. Let's see what half #2 of this ****show brings.
I actually think Brissett played pretty well in the first half. He settled down after his first few drives and found a groove.
this! after 2 fumbles lost, an INT, 2 4th down conversion failures and our QB going down, we're somehow only down 14? Josh Allen has like 66 yards. If everything else hadn't happened we'd all be cheering how much our defense is shutting him down. I may be pouring another drink but I won't turn it off just yet!
Watching the other games I see alot of one on one throws down field, it either ends up complete or a pass interference. Let's take some shots nothing to lose.
Man, every game where Miami can make a statement, that they are not the 'same old Dolphins'.... and we get this.
Guys, I wasn't able to tune in until now. I've just seen Tua is out with a rib injury.... Dare I ask, could someone summarise the half? Thanks G
So, the defense can't get it done, the offense can't score. The OL can't protect Tua, and he can't stay healthy when getting hit. Buffalo is on their way to another dominating win and the Dolphin players have failed to respond to the challenge. Is it coaching? Is it talent? Both? I'm just so tired of seeing this again and again.
Offensive line getting destroyed, Brissett is getting hit often and who knows if he doesnt get knocked out… devante parker dropped a touchdown that touched both his hands.. wilson has had multiple drops… gaskin started off well with an 18 yard run, we completely abandoned the run game after.. wilson has dropped everything.. guy has baby oil on his gloves.. dropped an easy first down/possible touchdown at the bills 3 yard line.. Jakeem grant fumbled in the red zone… defense has been on the field for most of the game.. xavien gave up a big play that led to a touchdown… but he also got a nice INT to slow down the bills… we went for it on 4th down early in the first at the 50 yard line, didnt convert gave up huge field position.. Went for it again in bills territory instead of going for 3 points, didnt convert.. o and waddle muffed a punt, which led to a bills missed field goal to end the half
That was a pretty sweet 3rd and 7 flat pass one yard behind the line of scrimmage. Followed by a horrible punt.
