Id take a shot at him with a later round pick. He is a gunslinger and had an excellent college career

Quality QBs frequently slip in the draft. If we grabbed him somewhere past his anticipated draft value, I wouldn't be mad.

I wouldn't be too disappointed if we threw a third-round pick at him. I doubt he'll be there by then, though. I think someone takes a flyer on him in the second. Maybe even late first.

I’m with you guys. I’d have no problem drafting a QB mid to late rounds. I’m a big believer that until you have a bonafide franchise QB, you continue to invest in the position until you get one.

Now Tua might be that guy. But at this point, it’s still unclear and in the chance he’s not, maybe we find our diamond in the rough until it’s time to invest a top 5 pick again.

Rumor is that his stock is rising and he's likely a day 2, maybe even round 2 pick. Hell, with needy teams like Washington, Chicago, Pittsburgh, New England ... he may even be a late round 1 type.

I would pass on QB this draft though. We have too many holes and needs to be dabbling around in the wasteland that is later round QBs. Give Tua the season to show it - if not, we have extra picks on the horizon to try again. Let's not fart around splitting time and resources.

We'll see if somebody falls that we have a decent grade on. Seattle was happy enough with Russell Wilson and Dallas did well to get Dak Prescott. Heck, Washington prove to be prescient by grabbing Kirk Cousins in the same draft as Robert Griffin III and that was one of the smartest (in hindsight?) decisions we've seen on draft day because he wasn't as physically gifted as RGIII but he stepped in when his time came.

I'm a huge Tua guy but I want us to get a high-upside developmental QB that I hope will push him. I think Tua will elevate with competition and hopefully, he'll get it from a rook and Brissett. And if either is good enough to get on the field ahead of Tua, I'm confident that Flo will do the right thing. But I want the starting QB to win the job, not have it gifted to him.
