Man.. Texans making it close: 31-28 Tennessee. Got to have Tennessee win that one. btw.. Derrick Henry has 205 yards rushing in that game and is at 1,982 for the year. Last time anyone had 2000+ yards rushing in a season was in 2012.

Our season has about 9 minutes left in it living vicariously through the Jags.

    35-31 Texans

Titans choking the game away. That would be the perfect end to the disaster of a day this has been for Miami.

Can't make it up. None of us should be surprised, given the ending of the season for the last 20 years, but we were so duped by a fun season this year, that it hurts pretty bad.

Lol at the people who thought the Jaguars could win. Same people who think this team will be fine next year. Makes me wonder.

If the Titans score, they better not leave any time in the clock for the Texans

Refs just negated another TN touchdown. Another ridiculous call.

    But Tanne just scored.

Another TD called back on a penalty. Even refs in other games are against the Dolphins.

Plenty of time left. This thing might go to OT if Texans don't outright win it.

Tanny with a clutch throw combined with blown coverage by the Texans. Titans win it on a late FG 41-38. Miami locks up the #3 pick. Is there a Ted Ginn in this draft? A fast and scrawny WR? Yeah, there is. :couch:

    Tough loss today.

Looking forward, defense is good and could get better with the right pieces.

Offensively, we struggled this year. I think a rookie QB, a bad oc hire, and no real off season played a big role. I think we have some bright spots at RB and the o line is young and should get better. As far as Tua, the verdict is still out. Next year will be big for him to prove his worth.

Lastly, some of you on this forum need a xanax and need to step away from the ledge. Luckily, it's pretty clear that Flo and Co. Have a plan, and don't really give a s!*# what anyone thinks.

    PHINS UP!

Have you seen the Dolphins over the last two seasons?

The Bills are at least a year ahead of us in their rebuild.

The Miami Dolphins lost the first SEVEN games last season and since then, are 15-10 with one of the worst ever rosters in NFL history last year.

To win five of our last nine with that roster was a great achievement for Flo and his assistants.

But to go 10-6 this season is an even bigger success, IMHO, especially with the amount of injuries we’ve had on offence.

I am a big fan of Brian Flores, and I hope that we continue to back him.

Defense was garbage and has been when it matters. This season is a bigger Mirage season then the first Gase season.

He's not a very good coach if he couldn't get a better performance in the second half. Team is soft as always.

I like the fact that Bowden can pass the ball and can be used for wildcat plays, as well as being a decent running back/receiver.

He deserves a spot on the roster, IMHO.

Lol, I bet you are just a joy to have around the house. If you hate the decision makers in place and the players on the roster this much. Just cheer for someone else. You live in Maryland by your profile, root for Baltimore bud.

You can, the team won't all of a sudden miss you. They don't even know who you are. Even sounds like you are optimistic about Baltimore, you're halfway there. Later my guy, enjoy the playoffs.

As I said earlier, the first quarter defined the game.

After that, we were chasing it, and that defined the rest of the day.

I think realistic is a stretch. More like contrarian. I, unlike you apparently, understand my role in this paradigm. I/we are the fan, my role is to support the team, buy the merch, talk trash to opponents, watch the games. Doesn't mean I have to agree with every decision, but also doesn't mean I s!*? on anyone else who likes the decisions. Get a grip.

Just rewatched the game and how anyone could blame Tua for the loss yesterday, is beyond me and for all those who think, we will pick a QB with our first pick are going to be really disappointed...

I don’t buy into the story line that one player wins or loses a game in a team sport. They have more impact and you don’t win football games with 3 INT’s. He was definitely part of the problem but so was our OL, our WR’s, our defense and our special teams.

Ironically, you ARE sh&&ting on someone who doesn't like the decisions. And no, we don't have a "role" as fans to support every decision the front office makes or fool ourselves into believing that none of the players they select are garbage. That's not being a fan, that's being a child.

We would have lost either way, but if we had a QB with a little arm talent, we wouldn't have been slaughtered. And we wouldn't have lost to Denver, so we would have been playing this coming weekend.

3 picks. One returned for a TD. After the pick six, the next drive he threw a lazy floater into triple coverage that he was lucky wasn't picked. Terrible on shots downfield, most of the time.

We finally saw what Tua looked like with a defense that didn't hold a team to under 25 points, and it wasn't a pretty sight to behold.

Wouldn't say I **** on him. Advised him to chill or maybe root for another team to increase his quality of life. Also, don't believe I stated anybody should blindly agree or follow any decision by this front office. As a firm supporter of FSM it goes against my character. Thanks for your insight on my maturity level though.

Down 28-6 by Halftime, defense gave up how many points in total?! Did you count how many drops there were and rewatched those Ints? Sorry you're disappointed that Tua is no Andrew Luck, but he was never supposed to be that especially after his injury and damn sure not in his Rookie season. I'm not totally convinced by him yet either, but making him responsible for the loss yesterday is just ludicrous...

I honestly don't understand how anyone could watch the game yesterday, and walk away thinking that Tua wasn't in any way responsible for that garbage we saw.

Quite a few and I didn't make a list. Tua was nothing special yesterday but he didn't suck donkey balls and surely wasn't the main reason we lost the game yesterday.

You don’t win many football games when you throw 3 INT’s. He’s not the only reason but he was a major contributing factor.

You said it was ludicrous to attribute the loss to Tua.

I'm not saying the only reason they lost was Tua. I'm saying that Tua's play directly contributed to the loss.
