So far I’ve seen nothing wrong with tua... drops letting him down all day and no playmakers. Add on top of that Gailey not allowing his offense to have any rhythm
Tua is coming nowhere near being relied upon to play the QB position at a competitive level. He's being babied, and he's still playing relatively poorly.
First down Miami... That should about do it now. No need for it to have been this close if Gailey wasn't so damn conservative on offense.
Interesting.... Tua wears #1. Parker wears #11. Tua's TD#1, was to #11 Todays date is... 11/1 Maybe thats a good omen for us for once
I'll take it but the offense cant be that bad going forward. I'm not looking forward to a week of everyone pinning it on Gailey when his calls had almost nothing to do with it minus a drive or two.
I had similar thoughts before the game. Hope we finally found the one. But besides Tua, really like what Flores has created so far!
Victory! Shame we didnt get to see Miami turn Tua loose today, but also really nice that we didn't have to. I sure hope they learn a lesson though from today about being so conservative.
Fantastic! What a performance by that D. First time over .500 under Flores and the Kenny Albert or Jonathan Vilma said the only team that should scare us in the next 5/6 games is the Chiefs. The future is bright. The future's aqua!
If you'd offered me an 11 point win pre-kickoff then I'd have snapped your hand off and so that's what I'm going to focus on.
Looking at the statistics other than turnovers we should have lost. Offensively this was a catastrophe. But guess what we beat the Rams!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My take Good game but ugly finish.. 1) I like to see more Breida 2) less Williams more Isiah Ford 3) more Tua Read 4) add your take and on
Tua has a lot left to learn. His touchdown pass was a thing of beauty and speaks to his raw ability as a passer, but I was disappointed in how he read the field. It doesn't get easier next week against Arizona and Patrick Peterson/Budda Baker, though maybe he'll get more done without Aaron Donald in the mix. Hats off to the defense; they've dominated three weeks in a row.
