im psyched. look for pennington to be running a high percentage type pass offense, picking up yards in chunks with Ricky churning the field to keep the defense honest.

 

countdown to kickoff coverage starts in an hour.

 

Apparently the Jets have contacted the league commissioner in regard to the Dolphins cheating this morning. It seems that Ted Ginn is so fast that he has scored a touchdown 4 1/2 hours before the start of the season. The Mangina is contesting the legitimacy of the score.

 

League office just sent in their official response.

'After contacting several physicists, it has come to our attention that the score was in fact legitimate. Sparing you the details, Ted Ginn moved at a pace so fast he was actually able to travel in time. We can not find anything in our rules that would negate such a play, and so the game will start 7-0 Miami.'

 

Scoring Update: Ginn 30 - Jets 0

 

And the game still hasn't even started. Miami is now considering letting Ginn rest for the rest of the game, since it's already won.

 

We get to start the game by kicking 5 extra points. First time thats ever happened.

 

Sounds like we win this one by all accounts.
Jets players and personel are quick to get off the field after the game.Seems there was too much trash talkin' between the teams and the Jets came out on the wrong end of this close,hard fought battle.
