    Just saw this. It's pretty cool. Grier really handles these press conferences well. He's pretty cool and relaxed. He gives a lot of info whilst, at the same time, not giving away any of the team' true intentions. Flores pretty cool as well. .

    I find Flores' statement that he first looks for teachers in his coaching staff interesting. I wonder if that leads to us looking at more guys where the physicals are there, but the footballing side of things is slightly lacking.

    I believe the best strategy is by round.

    In the first you definitely want a more complete player. This is usually a guy who generally needs to make an impact on your team within a couple seasons.

    Rounds 2-3 You are looking for guys with a lot of talent and small coachable weaknesses.

    Round 4-5 I generally want players with a lot of upside who have under performed. I want to see if their issues are easily coachable or if they are more ingrained into the player and tough to hammer out.

    6-7 I generally consider to be free passes for a pet project, a special teams player or guy with one specific skill you can utilize. Also guys who have talent but off field issues.
