We should be listening to this stuff guys. The picture grows clearer and clearer that Ross isn't just re-building a roster but seeking to build a culture and he believes in Flores to do that.

So if all goes to plan the future Dolphins will be built upon what Flores establishes. This goes beyond X's and O's. Ross is looking for Flores to build an identity for the Phins.

This year in particular, getting to know the HC and listening clearly should give us a lot of insight, one way or another.

I know people don’t like what they’re seeing on the field but I like the guy. Way too early to say if he can rebuild it but I like his approach, focus on details and building it the right way. I think people need to be a little more patient and see where we’re at in 2-3 years.

What’s really the difference between 3-13 and 0-16 and getting blown out? We would still be 2-3 seasons away.

I'll just be honest that I dont like his demeanor and approach generally.

Hopefully he can get it done. It's not promising so far but we knew it wouldnt be.

I mean....how do you judge an 0-2 coach with one of the worst NFL rosters of all time? I think all we can do is continue to look for improvements and see how players react. Even then we don't have a complete picture because of the circumstances, but maybe we'll have some idea by this time next year.

Totally disagree. I thought he handled himself well. Seems sincere to me.

It is an evaluation of Flores too this season, 5th year be damned... I see Rosen as a test case for Flores. Can they coach Rosen up? If they can't coach Rosen, no way I'm handing this coaching staff Tua.

I know the players suck, but his staff has showed nothing impressive the past 2 weeks in scheming or gameplan. At this point, it's a worry. If this goes all season, wtf would I entrust an elite QB next year to coach up?

Lotta football left to be played but Flores better quit with this no desperation, vanilla gameplan or you'll be the lamb for a tanked season. Dan Campbell showed more leadership & identity in his short stint as an interim coach.
