OK...I'm super nervous......I'm getting on a plane tomorrow morning to go to Tampa....I hate flying. So I wont be on much this weekend. I will be out and about in Pompano during the weekend. Then I am going to Tampa Monday evening. Til next Sat. or when Hanna chases me off.

You're right, I'm not disagreeing with you at all. But it's wise to cut off carbs 2 hours before bed in general, whether you're doing a keto diet or not.

Keto diets have become widely popular as of late, latest fad so to say. Keto diets do work, but you have to be right on with your diet... For people who kind of go on a diet for a day or two then break off for a day, then repeat the process, keto diets aren't for those types of people.

I'm not all all trying to hate on your diet, bro... It's just like any other diet, it's involves dedication and that's why you and Sick have had good results... I just don't want people thinking that it's a miracle diet that'll do it on it's own...

 

Man I had an energy drink earlier today...I hope i don't CRASH. I have to drink them though because other I get BURNED OUT from work. But then this idea seemingly FELL FROM THE SKY, to hit me on the head. It was so big an idea it felt like I was DROWNING IN THE OCEAN from it.
I went home and told my girlfriend. She was so impressed that she WENT DOWNstairs to cook me dinner. It was our LAST MEAL of the day.
