https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.c...-gore-driving-me-insane-to-play-in-preseason/ Edit: this was picked up from a Miami Herald article here: https://www.miamiherald.com/sports/nfl/miami-dolphins/article216982415.html
He said that in the live interview from the other day. It sounds like Gore is ready to take the field and Gase wants to rest his old legs. We'll see which opinion prevails this weekend. =)
Are you going to be able to watch the game on TV? Being that it's the dress rehearsal, the starters will probably play the 1st half and the 1st series in the 3rd QTR so they can implement any halftime adjustments, right? I guess Gase will probably keep it fairly vanilla again, but that can only get you so far as the defense will have easy pickings. We need to be able to move the ball so guys get reps. Maybe we will see Gase unleash Gesicki a time or two, so they have time to work out any kinks before the Titans. :-)
It looks like I won't get the game until Sunday at 4 AM (on NFL Network). I would hope we play more aggressive since Baltimore always stomps us....it's a good opportunity to see where we're at. You're probably right though and we'll go vanilla with a bomb or two at Grant or Stills. It sounds like Parker will be out again.
I am actually pretty excited for the game Saturday. How dumb can I be? SMH, I guess I am a guy who never learns. Sad, sad, sad...
I’ve been excited for every game since I was in elementary school watching Marino’s last years. Even for the Henne years. Dolphins football is special and we’ll be dominating the AFC sooner than later.
Visited USA 1984. Saw the Dolphins and Young Marino in a game at the Orange Bowl vs. the Colts. Am excited and nervous since then for every single game. Sometimes masochistic?
