Just walked into the gym with Locked on Dolphins and 3YPC on my headphones. Easiest hour and 20 minutes workout i've had in a long time. i encourage everyone to try it. #makethephinsmembersfitagain

I managed to lose 17 stone (238 lbs) whilst at uni but now have managed to put 5 stone (70 lbs) back on in the last year. Will have to try your method for the gym next time I'm there.

Speaking of traditional spaghetti, you must go to scarpetta’’s, they have in Miami, NYc, the Hamptons, Vegas, Scott Conan joint. So bleeping good man.. they have this beautiful menu but those who know just order the spaghetti..perfect dish
They have the recipe online but it’s so labor intensive I just can’t go there... They like poach the tomatoes first then by handle crush them etc etc
