Every news source is going to have some bias in it. If you want something with a little more balance, try sports blogs like SB Nation and Deadspin.

The difference between America and Europe is that American states are the analog for European countries. State and city outlets in the US will absolutely be biased toward local teams. A fair amount of bias is removed at the national level in America as they have to cater to a broader audience. Europe doesn't really have a similar system of regional media outlets that try to speak to all of Europe. Geography and language constraints make that business model infeasible. As widespread as the BBC and say Al Jazeera are, they still have deep ties to their original countries.
