I saw this the other day, I wonder at what point the NFL might consider just getting rid of cheerleaders. They really serve no purpose
Cheerleaders need to be treated like any other employee. Instead, the NFL uses these women knowing that most use the NFL notoriety for future employment. Modeling, acting, etc. I don't want the NFL to get rid of them, but I do want them to treat them better.
