Don't worry its only year 4 for this front office and we have fiqured out we need a culture change.I am telling by year 7 we will be a contender after we rebuild.

I think I was supposed to hit like.I suck on my phone.
What sucks is Ross will hold onto tannebaum to long just like he did with Philbin.
It really sucks watching the Bills blowing right pass us as we standstill. After all these years they finally get it.Pisses me off!

We're presuming the Bills use their picks well though. We've seen teams in the past set themselves up to have huge offseasons that would really allow a franchise to kick on only to misspend in free agency and draft guys who end up being busts or at least disappointing. As it is we're expecting the Bills to continue to develop but if they get some misses with their choices this off season, they could well end up no further down the path than we are.

At least they are in the position to succeed
We would be circle jerking if our ****ty Gm had us in this spot. Not to mention they aren't stuck in all these bad contracts like we always are.The bills will be in great cap shape in 2019 also.

The real issue with the Dolphin organization is Ross. He consistently hires individuals who are not qualified to run a football team. He flies in to watch the game and then he flies back to New York each week, where he simply forgets about how bad the team he owns is.

He upgraded the stadium simply to put money in his pocket, not because he cares about Miami Dolphin fans. He cares a lot more about hosting a Super Bowl than he does about the team he owns actually playing in a Super Bowl.

The fact he hired Tannebaum shows that he has learned nothing about how to build a successful football team. Tannebaum has no idea what he is doing and yet Ross continues to employee him.

I have been stating for several years that the real problem with this organization is Ross. Until he is gone, the Dolphins will continue to be the league laughingstock. At the rate he and Tannebaum are destroying this once proud franchise, we will soon look back on the many years of mediocrity as the good years. Because with these two incompetents in charge, becoming the next Cleveland Browns appears to be where this organization is headed.

Tannenbaum is a clown. When there are LITERAL fans that can do a better job structuring player contracts within the confines of the Salary Cap and build and keep our best prospects, and not get stuck with bad players, or taking major cap hits for players you don't want... you probably suck at your job.

He won't get fired, Ross is nutless, for all the crap fans gave Wayne Huizenga. He finally started pulling his head out of his *** after the Wannstadt era. I'd kill to have him back over Stephen Loss.

I get that Ross hired Tannenbaum because he had zero clue what to do, and he was a friend of Ross so that made him a valuable resource at the start. However if Ross is serious about this team contending and not looking at this as a strictly investment where he can stay around 8-8 and 10 years later sell for 400 million profit than he has to get some better people to run the day to day.

    U.K.
Nailed it right here my man. My sentiments exactly.
I believe in Gase and his strategy but we are absolutely ****ed relying on t-bum to play such a critical role in implementing it.
Why can’t Ross, the master businessman, see this flaw in his plan? I despair..
