    curious if anyone has any before a Phins game. I rock on a phins shirt and make my kids do too. Pretty simple

    I swim 40 miles back to shore every morning before the games.... shout out Rob Konrad

    Nothing as far as a superstition. But I have a routine.

    Generally work out from 9-10am while watching ESPN.

    Then watch NFL Network from 10-12 while posting on here and reading NFL news around the internet.

    Watch CBS pregame from 12-1 while eating lunch.

    Put on my jersey a little bit before the game starts, and wear it until its over.
