Our team has shown incredible mental strength in dealing with this season, and have come out fighting and playing incredible defensive football while allowing the offense to find itself with a new QB.. The went on the road and beat the falcons last years Super Bowl NFC rep..They have only played one game at home and we have a 3 and 2 record and totally in position to make a run at the playoffs, considering what this team has had to deal with, that is incredible.. so heres the thing..this is an apex of sorts for our franchise and our venue.. we have an opportunity to bring these guys back and show them how much we appreciate how hard their working and how tough they are in their resolve. we can repay them and establish The Rock finally as a real home field advantage.. this is the week guys..we can do this..the venue sets up for good noise, all it takes is our dedication to the craft.. we can help this team...we truly can.. I hope that you want to get rid of the negative perception our fanbase and stadium has as much as I do, and I think this week, with all that has happened, with how we just beat the falcons, with everything else thats gone on, our team is ready to destroy offenses..like make them feel pain type destroy.. so lets stand and cheer when their on defense, encourage the people around you to do the same..please leave the tailgate early so your in your seats for intros, its so important they feel supported..and just scream baby.. if we do this I promise it will help us win football games.. spread the word..go to this game with a mission..do not sell your tickets to jets fans..go early, stay late, and go crazy.. its time for us to make a statement...our team already has.
I was looking at tix remaining and was not impressed. $85 for nose bleeds. I will say this, there is nothing like a Phins Jets game
My brother-in-law and sister just did! They drove down for the Titans game and then saw the U win over Gerogia Tech.
DJ, your annual crusade for fan support kills me. I love it. I hope people do come out and support, there's no way you can convince me that athletes don't feed off that loud crowd support, they sure do IMO. If I wasn't in another country, I'd be there. I mean... I'm in Canada, and you Yankee's know how that is. I'm already in my igloo hiding from the blizzard, and polar bears. At least my beers are always cold though.
Well, were big on green energy. Mainly wind power generation. So we have limited hydro access for an hour a day. Some of the wealthy though, they've invented this big hamster wheel type thing, but we put the sled dogs in it so they can run instead of a lousy hamster. The spinning wheel is hooked up to an engine type thing that... creates power somehow. I don't know, there's some high tech engineering going on in the 'gloos off 5th ave.
My brother in law just hooks the kids up to the wheel at the farm , helps em get to sleep at 5 pm. And there is no better cooler than the garage in the winter time.
spread the word, this game we must go off... if your tailgating this Sunday, get to your seats early.....please...it matters man, you want to win or do you want cook sausages for your friend and act cool?...get into the game man..these players deserve it.
I've tailgated many Jets Fins games. Those drunk Jets fans towards 12:00 will pay a lot for tix. I've literally seen carloads of Phins drive home or to a bar to watch the game after getting paid by Jets fans
y'all are not feeling me...we need to put a stop to the perception and this is it.. this is he game to arrive early and really get loud when were on defense.. hopefully the PA guys understand how important it is.. there should be a buzz in that stadium..we are 3 and 2 and just beat the flacons on the road, amidst all the BS we've had to deal with..we all should be very optimistic.. LETS GO!!!!
I'll raise you both. I'll be hiking in Japan the next two weeks haha! In any case, I think Gase knows how to manage and motivate this team whether there are fans in the stadium or not, as well as in times of adversity. He proved that last year and he's proving that again this year. So I'm not worried about the need to bring extra support to the stadium, though it certainly can help! In any case, I think it's becoming more and more clear we finally found a good HC. I just wish he'd learn to delegate the OC job more because he's proven fairly inept at that so far.
I'm running out of places to go. I've practically visited the entire country haha. But this time it will be several days hiking in Kumano Kodo (just look all these places up), I'll go up north to Osorezan, and to two mountains: Mount Zao and Kusatsu Shirane (both have nice craters). I've also decided to make short stops in Fukui (they have cliffs there where a bunch of Japanese commit suicide lol) and take a tour to the top of Akashi Kaikyo bridge, the longest suspension bridge in the world where they let you go to the top of one of the towers. Should be an interesting 2 weeks. That country is ideal for visiting various areas with a JR rail pass.. you can go everywhere with that. One place I haven't gone yet that I plan to next time is Yakushima.
with this typeof attitude and no Steven ross, you should worry..you might not have a team they way things were headed with that old stadium... of course it will help the team.. '' we need your energy, it helps us, fans in the stands" rookie Godchaux. this is a big game for this team and franchise..I don't think you realize that.
Just starting to get cold here in NY, I would love to be there. I will try yelling loud enough to be heard in Miami. My positive energy is powerful and we need some troops here to stifle all of the jet fans around here. I'm locked and loaded, mofo'ers! Yes, all of you down there better raise it up a notch. We'll be checking you all out. Represent!
thats all I'm saying Sceeter.. JUST RAISE YOUR GAME MAN..THATS IT!!!!! I guarantee if you do that we will win this game..if the players actually feel the intensity of the crowd being raised I promise you they will raise their intensity level.. makes sense right...stadium not hyped, players feel that and it sets their intensity level, players feel like the fans are hyped, they raise theres too...that equals better performance..hence what a real home field advantage is about...its very real whats going on in Seattle..these are the exact reasons why they are completely dominated at home...and the fans know it..and are actively doing things about it inside the venue and before..
Hopefully it will be better than what I watched first hand at metlife. That was a long hot *** day! I fully expect a jets *** whooping.Payback time!
I lived in Japan for awhile. I was stationed in Iwakuni. I've been SCUBA diving off of Yakushima. I've been up to Kobe and visited Akashi, too. Climbed Mt Fuji. I love Japan.
