Does anyone else think that more than Cam and Mueller needs to change. I believe our medical staff,trainers,scouts...basically everyone needs to be evaluated. We haven't run a true football system for decades.I would bet that there is alot of dead weight thru the system.
Definitely the medical staff and the conditioning coaches need to be evaluated . . . especially the medical staff after the Daunte fiasco. And w/ all the injuries . . . that goes w/ conditioning. Scouts as well . . . Remember, Parcells said the STRUCTURE . . . and I think that falls in line to where u are getting at . . . there really could be SUBSTANTIAL moves on this team . . . and I'm not talking players.
IMO.... the changes are going to widespread and significant... I doubt any department gets glossed over... well maybe Harvey Green... that said... we may not hear or pay attention to some of the changes.. ie scouts, medical etc. but they will be extremely important to the Dolphins future...
yea.. go back to the original.. I mean, check it out... but be forewarned.. it is scary mean and you might have nightmares for weeks... or a logo will win a game.. pick one;
Don't expect big sweeping changes within the college scouting dept. The director, Chris Grier worked with Parcells in NE. Grier's father is a good friend of Parcells', as well.
