    U.K.
    I
witnessing cutler today I do not disagree, he brings nothing to our offense. Moore should be our starter and I think he will be next week. Ross don't suffer fools and doesn't like getting embarrassed on the world stage. I think Gase is under real pressure and his decision to bring the farm on cutler is being heavily scrutinised by the boss.

In all honesty, if MM had played these last 3 games I don't see the outcomes being any different.

Gase's mistake was taking Cutler over Kaepernick.

You know, I leaned towards Cutler because he knew the system. Now, I'm not making any judgment on Cutler yet (It's three games), but you may be right.

Cutler has no zip on his throws and his accuracy is terrible. His arm is shot. Moore would at least by a competent quarterback which is all we need right now.

The Gase-poor-decision making really started last year when he refused to push for Tannehill's surgery and even said Tannehill would have played in week 2. It then extended to the McMillan injury and the fact he no biz playing st's. I feel Timmons as a vet sees Gase as a fraud too and tried to haul ***

I'm on the record as saying I wished they had at least given keep a look. However, with the way this offense is playing I doubt he'd do much better.

Why should a guy who was supporting a TRUE oppressor...EVER be given a chance to play in Miami FL?

Take the double standard BS down the street.

I have to disagree with everything you just wrote.

His comp% is 67%. His arm is not shot. The problem, or main problem I should say, is the o-line. He has no pocket to step up in. Ajayi has no holes to run through. This offense, with the help of Gase's play calling, is one dimensional and rudimentary. The majority of that falls on the o-line's play.

Moore would not be playing any better, and most likely worse, than Cutler.

I get what you're saying, and Kaep is an idiot, but I really don't think he knows what he's doing. That's not making an excuse for him, but rather keeping things into perspective.

I had a chuckle to myself last night: How ironic is it that if 99.999999% of those shot by police would have just "taken a knee" they would not have been shot?

Just an observation I made yesterday. Spent a lot of time observing the huddles and formations before the snap through binoculars. What I saw with the two opposing huddles was like chalk and cheese. The Saints huddle had Brees right in there, sometimes on one knee, gesturing, pointing, touching players on the pads. He looked like a leader trying to inspire his men.

Contrast that to the Dolphins huddle. Cutler just stood upright around the edge, like he was chatting to his mates waiting for a bus. There didn't seem to be any urgency or motivation. Nothing. On a couple of occasions during the ridiculous breaks in play for adverts or whatever, he stood away from the huddle while the rest of the players loosely huddled themselves.

Now I know Cutler had communication problems through the helmet radio, I get that and the rest might be just 'meh, so what, that's just how he rolls' but seeing first hand how the offence played and how lacklustre they seemed, it's got me a bit concerned just how motivated he is and how well he can motivate the rest of the offence.

I realize he is an idiot.

However how would it have been perceived if Tom Brady wore a Hitler shirt?

Even a media darling like him would've been destroyed and boycotted. Yet people really have the balls to suggest we should've brought Kap to Miami?

Funny thing is, it's these same clueless folks who support Kap the most. Which makes them a huge hypocrite, which is par for their course.

I'm pro Kap in regards to thinking he should be playing somewhere and have no issues with the kneeling. However if he were brought to Miami after what he did? It would be a HUGE F.U. to the cuban americans in this country.

Gase has really laid a giant stinker thus far.

    ...just for starters

-His plan to not arrive in early London to properly acclimate was seemingly a bad move.
-Considering all the f'ing penalties, the team was clearly not prepared.
-The QB whisper's QB was a whisp of fart dust.
    -Playcalling was just lame.

That pretty much sums everything up. I saw it as him honoring Malcolm X and you saw it as support for Castro.

The two biggest problems to me are

#1 the play calling has been terrible and ridiculously predictable. I am so tired of watching 1st down run, 2nd down run 3rd down pass.
Why arent we even trying to throw downfield and force the defense off the line. I saw at least one play yesterday on 1st down, the Saints have 10 in the box so you have a single high safety back there somewhere and sure enough we try to run Ajayi into a brick wall and get nothing. Darn near everytime you see trips left you know its going to be that damn bubble screen. Gase has to do a more creative job at play calling. That is terrible.
#2 The offensive line is a hot mess. They cant run block and they cant pass block. It doesnt matter what the play calling is because if these guys cant do their jobs nothing is going to work.

I was more worried about the defense and regardless of the ridiculous lack of coverage in the middle of the field they are actually doing a decent job of keeping points off the board.

Regardless of how either one of US see it, 2 cuban americans publicly didn't appreciate it. Namely Armando and our very own Kiko. Isn't that enough right there?

No it wasn't. Much more logical choice as he already knows the system. Now the question is if Cutler still has the skillset? Kaepernick while being a total douchebag to me, is a one trick pony that has major holes in his game and not worth a second look. 31 Other teams don't want him either.
As for playcalling, it seems the entire Mindset for the Phins now is trying to try and protect Cutler by forcing the RUN. This Offensive line sucks and has NO PUSH! Teams are going to lineup in the BOX and force cutler to pass and it's going to be hit or miss. Most likely resulting in an incompletion or quick 3 outs instead of sustained long runs.

No doubt. The defense would have probably been able to prevent even more points from being scored if they weren't so damn tired from being on the field so much.

Ehh... I'm not going to go there, that crew of officials was downright pathetic yesterday in the first half. They completely ruined that game from the standpoint of rhythm, flow, and entertainment value. It was the Ed Hochuli show. Quite the contrast in their calling of the game between quarters too wasn't there? Did we magically "prepare" better at halftime? Or did something change in the officiating? Both coaches were clearly upset with the officials in the first half, and while I stopped paying as close attention in the second half, I'm pretty sure there was a significant reduction in flags flying.

The Kenny Stills pick penalty was an absolute crime. To have that back wouldn't have changed the outcome of the game though, (not that I'm claiming you said that).

I think his legs would have lead to some touchdowns. Even open up some room for Ajayi to run the ball since they cannot totally key on him.

We literally started last season the EXACT SAME WAY. Sure, 6 points in 2 games is a new low. But people underestimate what these guys have been through and what that hurricane did to their practice routines etc.

We were 2-4 after 6 games... Gase was the worst. Endless threads about how he needs to be fired and everything is the end of the world.

Makes the playoffs and there's endless threads about him being a genius. I'm not saying the loses were ok... But come on fellas. Little early to be setting the building on fire. I do not think we're a playoff team this season. But I also do not think Gase is hot garbage.

QB QB QB..!!!!!! So tired of hearing blame mostly on QB....

I don't know how many years you have to see an OL thats poor and not get truly upgraded Year after year and it goes right over heads. We had opportunity to up grade but passed on real upgrades instead of installing cross your fingers they work guys and we get into the meat of the season and see gee our OL isn't that good and are basically backups.... One two years OK but this is over a decade of talking and doing basically little to get there, when they were there to pickup....

Look at Ajayi he is one of the best in the league and look at the season he's having christ he's lucky to get there before the DL for the hand off.....Moore, Tannehill, you could have Brady back there and we'd still get crushed. Not that Cutler is an all pro but christ this OL is putrid and been that way for YEARS......QB ? come on people......
This is were I get uptight because I've seen this for so long with many others who have just Fan knowledge and yet these highly paid guys don't get it......We keep throwing the dice and losing....damn should have one of the best in the league by now..for we been talking about it for a decade...talk talk talk talk and doing minimal to actually upgrade Starters....

ps. and the Defense we won't even talk about (parts not any better)

and we weren't a playoff caliber team last year, though miraculously that team got there....

Agreed. Thought it was a terrible call, as did Davis and the other guy during the broadcast. Apparently they said (but I don't think showed) that the Dolphins coaches were furious on the sidelines too. There were lots of awful calls in that first half. That call in particular though sure costed us a great chance at a scoring drive though. IIRC, we were already in FG range, and that call knocked us out, and essentially killed the drive. It's likely we got a FG there, but like you said, likely doesn't change the outcome.

You can't blame it all on the refs. C'mon man. Maybe there was a questionable or close call in there, sure, there usually are, but there were a bunch that were legitimate penalties. They were sloppy. It's just another contributor to the overall s--t show we all witnessed. They were a mess. That wasn't my only criticism, but lots of penalties are usually blamed mostly on the coaches and yes, of course, that's exactly something that can be corrected at halftime. That makes perfect sense.

Hey, I like Gase. I am certainly not off that train. He just certainly has to show the character to take his share of the blame. I'm not saying he hasn't. He probably did. Just saying there was plenty of blame to go around. It is what it is. Lets hope it all works out. Gimme' a beer.

Everyone is garbage on this team as of the end of week 4 of the NFL season. Hope we turn it around. Never been this low on this team. Sick of being understanding. We're cursed.
