Guys, explain his role to me, if he is not calling plays? Could he be the reason the offense is struggling? OR, does the play calling need to go to him, since Gase is calling plays?
Something definitely needs to change. Gase needs to relieved of his playcalling duties, at the very least. IF Christensen doesn't improve the offense, then we should continue to make changes until we do. I think Sparano and Philbin had better offenses than what we currently have. Two TDs in two games? 3 points in Two First halves? Change needs to come to this franchise...and it needs to come quickly. Its not like we are spring chickens on offense. Ajayi, Landry, Parker, Stills, James, Pouncey...all in their prime. We aren't young. We aren't playing any rookies. It has to boil down to preparation and scheme. The haven't been prepared all season and the scheme is no good. Its pretty simple, really.
1. Gase has shown himself to be a good play caller throughout his career as an OC. You're panicking for no reason. Week 3 was bizarro week in the NFL. Tons of talented teams and players **** the bed throughout the league. 2). Miami moved the ball really well against SD, a team that has shown itself to be pretty good defensively this season. We didn't get in the EZ as much as one would hope, but it was encouraging. It's far to early to think the sky is falling, despite the piss poor effort and coordination of the offense. Let's let things play out a bit.
