For the most part I agree.... but no reason for missing that sure fire TD to Landry that last drive. Shoulda had that one. Wish we would be a bit more aggressive though, and less short throws to Landry focused. Trying to use that to open up some deeper shots maybe, I dont know.
nobody even close to Keenan Allen. Burkes defense is what i thought it would be...completely ineffective. disappointing, but predictable.
RT of the Chargers down, that might be the advantage the DL needs to get more pressure and force a Rivers INT or two.
He looks decent. His inaccuracy shows up here and there. Landry saved a couple, as well as Parker. Hopefully he shores that up a bit. First real game in a while. He gets a pass from me. Not bad so far.
We need a pass Rush to help out our awful secondary. Or is it we need better coverage to help out our horrible pass rush?
Keenan Allen is a damn good player, with speed. So, to avoid getting beat deep by him, you give him some room. Unfortunately that mean's he's going to beat you underneath at times. When you're starting LBs today consist of Mike Hull and Chase Allen, there's not a **** of alot you can do from a defensive standpoint. DL isn't getting enough pass rush, Wake has been invisible. Burke is doing what he can, with what he's got. Guys got to make plays, especially the guys up front
Wake has to show up versus a backup RT. Need some kind of big defensive play to get the ball back to our offense.
Phillip Rivers and his constant whining to the officials makes me dislike him almost as much as Brady. What a *****.
Allen has to hang on to that ball... jeez.. But the partially blocked punt puts us pretty much where we would have been anyways.
