A lot depends on Cutler. We could either have a really successful season if Gase and Cutler click, or this board is going to erupt with sky is falling posts (some of which will be from me!) if Cutler's INT's wipe out any positives. Anyway, 3 more days! .. waited way too long for this season to start already.
one thing that is exciting is the mentality of going deep. We have the horses to do this, and I especially want to see what they have in store for Grant. He could be like a Hunt/Hill for KC
Lol... last year game 2, the OL was in disarray with an undrafted OG convert playing Center (Steen) for the 2nd time ever, a RG in Bushrod playing RG for the 2nd time in his career, a LG (Tunsil) playing his 2nd game there ever, a LT recovering from ACL surgery (Albert), and James was struggling with the new OL schemes. Arian Foster was a bust as a FA. On defense, Blount ran over us and we pretty much let the Pats score at will in the first half. We're not the same team at all and with the exception of some new guys, we're in year 2 of the same offense and defense with an emphasis on run stopping. No idea what we have in Cutler yet. Hopefully we get the good version.
For me, the key to this game....to our entire season is going to be both the offensive and defensive lines and their play. Those base elements are going to determine whether or not Cutler & Ajayi are successful...whether or not the secondary is going to be successful
I see that Ray is hell bent on giving Misi competition for the "Most likely to miss games" LB position.
I'm ready for some football. I had a dream Cutler threw a 60 yard bomb to Stills. Like the Gators' game winner yesterday. Go Fins!
Just hope that Stills didn't muff it like he did the 70 yard bomb from Tannehill against Seattle last year. Hoping Jay lights up the Bolts today. Can't wait.

Jay should have got them out of that end around to Landry. Obvious the Safety was blitzing and going to ruin the play. Not sure why they didn't change that one. Who knows I guess.
Would've liked to see them go for it on 4th there. Not sure why Parker wasn't targeted in the end zone.
I'm a little surprised by that, too. First drive. I like that it was around 5 mins. Now they're getting the ball back. Hopefully it will end up in another longer drive. Their D will be smoked by the 3rd quarter.
