http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/...s-miami-dolphins-talks-jay-cutler-preliminary It sounds like to me they want to be 100% sure surgery is needed. If it is not needed and he is out 4-6 weeks, then they are in a conundrum. I am no doctor, but the initial report of no structural damage, to me, means he might be in the same place. Maybe Cutler is ok with waiting for a decision, but there has to be a deadline , based on practice time and his broadcast contract Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I will also add this. Right, wrong or indifferent, miami is holding out hope that no surgery is needed because they feel RT gives them the best shot. If we ever questioned Gase's evaluation of RT, it is now we know. They were under the impression the knee would heal and I am thinking if they knew his would happen, they would have changed their offseason. But that is the past and now they are tryng to deal with this. Also, maybe there is a darkhorse scenario out there? Cutler and the money seems too easy. Perfect fit, although questions about how good he is. Miami could have something else brewing. Can anyone think of what this could be? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
