No, it hasn't. When Wake had at least half a sack per game last season, we won every time. That's a win correlation of 100%. So if the GM felt he's getting old enough to where his replacement needs to be drafted ASAP, that's drafting according to need.

Yes, it's plausible they felt it would be nice to develop someone behind a star player they have. I bet that's true for every team with every player. That, however, makes it a want. A need is when there's an actual hole. On no planet can anyone rationally argue that there was a bigger hole at project DE than guard/center on our team. Wake is still playing for us you know. As is Branch who they actually gave a nice contract too.

Harris wasn't need, no matter how you decide to dress it up or defend your original silly stance that has been debunked now by numerous posters.
