If you're just going by the Jets game, one of the best games Moore has ever had, then you must have him ranked above most QB's in the history of the NFL. lol

I don't think you believe he's better, but you're claiming that he's smarter than RT. I just want something other than one game that backs that up.

Moore has thrown the ball less than 50 times in a game this season. That's not nearly enough to make any conclusions.

Dont need to. It's clear who the better QB is IDC what numbers anyone comes with.

That was an out of context quote of Gase. Which I find is usually the case when some one pulls a single sentence and doesn't reference it.

"Yeah, that's why Eric is who he is. He knows this offense probably as well as anyone outside this building," Gase said. "Really, it came down to just trying to make sure all of us were on the same page. We were having some issues early. It was one guy here and there. We'd have an issue with the play we called and we felt like maybe we just needed to rein it in a little bit and let everybody be on the same page."

"It made things a little easier than just running up to the ball and trying to get the perfect play. We weren't there yet," Gase said. "It's a lot on the quarterback's plate. It's a lot on the receivers' plate as well, as far as knowing every little detail of every concept we're running."

That makes it sound like multiple players were having trouble with it, not just Tannehill but also including Tannehill. At least that's what it sounds like to me.

Yep. New offense for everyone. Needed to slow down the pace and simplify the calls, make sure everyone understood concepts. It was a coaching issue. It's also why I think Tannehill's availability for the off-season will take priority over the playoffs. If Tannehill plays it's because he's healthy enough. They won't rush him back, and they won't let him rush himself back.

Yeah, this debate is strange, it's very clear. It's sad too. It seems like some haven't enjoyed the playoff run.

One thing is for sure...Moore is fearless. Maybe it's because he's wired that way, or maybe it's because he really doesn't have anything to lose.

It's too bad RT got hurt. I think we win that game with a healthy RT. Hell, we almost won it if not for the fumble.

MM kind of reminds me of Brett Favre. Lol, gun slinger! I do think that we can win with him but RT is definitely a better QB. I think that RT will be even better next season in Gase's system. I just hope that Miami makes some moves in the FA and draft to improve the defense. We will never go deep into the playoffs with a 30th ranked defense. It's the rush defense that has killed us.

Right rookie coach tries to implement his offensive plan too quickly. Finds he needs to scale it back to allow his players to catch up. Rookie mistake but a lot of coaches are guilty of it. Hell Ryan just lost his job because he didn't scale back his defensive scheme.

"Duckslinger?" lol... thought his best pass on the day was a ball to Parker in the 3rd where he actually had something on it. Wasn't wobbling or late. Poor decisions and fumbles continue to plague him though.

Offense was very basic today I thought. Hope Gase is cooking something more up for Pittsburgh. Today felt like a pre-season game to me.

Wobblinger? Completely agree. He just doesn't have the athleticism or decision-making speed that Tannehill does. He had a ****load of time today.

Parker and Laundry are nasty on those crossing routes though.

I thought some of his balls today had decent zip on it.

The game plan was a bit strange. A lot of shallow crosses and passes to the flat. Literally the same play over and over again at certain times.

There was talk that the offense would "open up" with Matt in there, but it hasn't been the case. A ton of dink and dunk the last few weeks.

I'm worried about what will happen if he starts Sunday in Pittsburgh. Accuracy and arm strength are not his strong suits and those are crucial in cold, windy conditions. I think he can get it done but only if our running game is on point. If we struggle to run or get behind by a couple of scores early it could be a long day.

I'm hoping Ryan can practice and play though. I'm not sure how rusty he'll be but his superior arm talent would definitely give us the better chance to win.
