Pretty impressive how this offense has come together since dropping Thomas and Turner. Parker improving. The OL improving in pass pro. Tanne improving. Ajayi emerging. Backup QB playing better than he ever has. Then the defense... Jones out. Still playing well on the back with IAQ and Rambo. Lippett developing, Howard showing lots of promise. Maxwell playing more like his old self. So much development under this staff, that's the big, encouraging sign to me. The arrow is definitely trending up on this team regardless how this season ends.
Fans should be pretty happy with this coaching staff. They've gotten a lot of good out of a team with plenty of clear weaknesses. If they can do this as a skill every season and not as a one time lucky streak, we might have solved our coaching problems at least.
Absolutely. and in the first quarter, we had someone questioning Adam Gase. LMFAO. What they've done with this roster... these injuries... the development in key guys from last year to this year. It's impressive. They all deserve a raise IMO.
And 3-1 in the division. Been a long *** time since we didnt get our asses handed to us in the division. Future is looking good. Young pieces on O to build around. A good, young and aggressive HC with common sense. Some young talent on D as well with 3 premier vets in Jones, Wake and Suh. We just need to add some talent at linebacker and some interior linemen. A playmaking TE could make us dangerous on O as well. Other than that just quality depth. For the first time in a long time, we wont have an unrealistic off-season need list.
"The Dolphins are two minutes away from a winning season." A sentence I never thought I would hear after our 1-4 start. Wow.
Don't get me wrong, I love this. I needed this. But damn, I wish it was against a better team than these guys. Division rival, I get it. But still. I want to beat everyone like this, as unrealistic as that is.
Brandon Marshall should learn to shut his ****ing mouth now. 1 catch. 16 yards. Against either a rookie in XH, or a former WR in Tony Lippet. Enjoy your time in hell Brandon.
Lippett with his second INT!!! It's a blowout of the Jets!! It's a winning season!! Its.... **** the Jets!!!!!!!!!
Its not just Pouncey. Not sure why everyone, including the writers chalk it up as just being without Pouncey. Just seems like that cause Pouncey is always hurt and in the few games he wasnt the line played great. It isnt just as simple as Pouncey tho. Pouncey wasnt going to take this running game tonigt from 40 yrds for Ajayi to 100. He would help since our C play has been weak since. Tunsil and Albert dominated midseason and both are banged up now. Teams have focused on the run game on early downs much more which has opened up a bunch of big plays this year. Awesome to see. Happenee again tonight. Ton of big plays. Mia leads the NFL in big plays I believe. We need new interior linemen next yr. I would seriously consider cutting Pouncey depending on how his contract is written up and use the money saved, if its significant like I believe and get us a difference maker for more than a handful of games.
Jesus. My son Cameron was born right before the season started, and now we have a winning season and potentially Wakes best season. Never imagined after starting 1-4. He's my little good luck charm! 9-5 *****es!!!!!
Going out on a limb here, but if Matt Moore can "only" continue to throw a TD every 4.5 pass attempts the Fins will win the Super Bowl ..dude avg over 13 yrds per att and almost 20 per completion lol. Not bad for being rusty according to some on here and having absolutely no running game.
