We've all heard about how this coach or that coach is going to change the culture of the Dolphins. Put a nice slogan on the wall. Redid the locker room. But finally, FINNALLY it looks like it's actually happening. Say what you want about Gase and his coaching staff. These guys appear to be real leaders and change agents. We may not have the talent to get us to the promised land this year but it looks like were moving in the right direction.
