After smashing the last one to hide evidence of deflate gate, among other conspiracies that may have been uncovered..... Tom is probably too afraid to screw himself any further. Throwing to Gronk and Edelman seems like it would be simple to pick back up after a month off anyway... So long as the balls aren't like.... Way too hard bro !
If he had 1/2 - 2/3 the work ethic and intelligence of Manning/Brady, he'd be so far ahead of everyone else, they'd never catch up even if they eliminated the defense from the games.
Young needed a change of scenery, and ended up going to as good of a situation any QB has ever been in. He was running an offense that at the time was innovative and his surroundings were obviously fantastic. Dan was just great, and would've been great on any team in that era. I wouldn't take Young over Marino in any other offense than the SF offense. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I totally get what you're trying to accomplish here, but I'm just being picky. As a baseball guy, that's not a good analogy. Having the ability to hit an off-speed pitch has nothing to do with lacking intelligence. Truth is, most hitters are bad "change up/off speed" hitters. You just need to capitalize on the mistakes, or now, most hitters guess anyways.
Where do you come up with Dan was bad against NE? He was 17-11 against them. 91 - 95 he destroyed them. 96-98 he struggled, but also with other teams. http://www.nfl.com/player/danmarino/2501869/gamesplits?season=1991
Ah yes. The Angry Redhead. He's a dangerous man. Like Archie fighting Reggie over Veronica though I was always a Betty fan. I have to remember the Angry Redhead in my fantasy draft.
