This was never all that credible as Sec has pointed out the entire time. Dwyane Wade wasn't going to be coached by Jason Kidd.
As suggested on twitter, I bet Micky Arison brought one of those towels folded into the shape of animals to give to Wade, made him feel better. Those always make me feel better on cruises. Especially when they have like the sunglasses on them? Cute.
Quick! Someone check Omar's twitter. He posted a link to a radio conversation he had about the Dwyane Wade saga. Somewhere within that discussion lies Wade's fate. If Omar said he's gone, welcome back to Miami D-Wade!
Lost in the D-Wade news is Bosh appearing on Bill Simmons' HBO show this evening. I wonder if he will be making an announcement about his return this season?
Couper Moorehead with another great writeup on Justise Winslow during Summer League: http://www.nba.com/heat/newsrecap/summer-winslow
I agree that Winslow struggles with finishing at the rim. I was hoping he'd be able to learn from Joe Johnson. I could see Winslow developing a similar game around the rim. I also liked the Draymond Green comparison as I see that as the high end of Winslow's potential.
Taking a break from Wade Watch: Le Batard's show is the number one ESPN podcast with nine million downloads. Mike and Mike (ugh) was in second place with 4 million.
Ira Winderman says the Heat have been unable to trade McRoberts unless a draft pick or Winslow is involved.
If Miami trades Winslow to sign Wade to a contract that's longer or more than it should be, they might as well just give up on actually competing and just parade Wade around. That would be ridiculous.
Who are they going to dump to get to a higher figure than what Miami is offering?
Riley would never trade Winslow to create capspace for a guy that is here for just two more years. You can forget about that.. And Mcroberts contract is so nothing, literally i dont know why theyre having trouble findingg suitors.
According to Albert if Wade leaves we dont have to match the offer sheet, we can sign TJ to 4 years 50 million startibg at 12.5, the contract wont be backloaded to 18 and 19 million, and it would be very movable should we decide to trade him.
I've never been so disappointed and he hasn't even officially left yet. I just feel like the longer this goes it points to him being gone. I find it utterly ridiculous that wade might be in another uniform next season.
Have a feeling that whole "McRoberts cant be traded without one of their assets being moved too" is a thing coming from the Heat side.. And not 100% fact. If Heat lose out on Wade, they can just say they were outbidded.
Woj says Pat Riley wants to know Wade's decision by tonight. Riley is ready to make moves if he leaves.
I shouldn't feel so nervous and invested in what an athlete decides to do but damnit I just want to know what happens already!
Thats how its done, good job Riley. Enough with this prima donna bulk****. This franchise is about winning. That has always been the bottom line
Wade is nearing commitment to sign with Bulls per Woj. Its an end of an era. Good bye Wade. Ill have more thoughts on this later..
Wow, just wow. Didn't think it would hurt, but it does. Ok, we'll at least he's not a knick or cavalier.
It definitely hurts, but we have to move on. We werent going to win mext season, and this sets us up for immediate rebuild.
Wade broke all of Miami's hearts tonight, but I believe in Pat. I've been a Heat fan since from Bimbo Coles to Zo to Caron to now. Just the end of another chapter. We will rebuild.
Maybe Riley can get Caron Butler and Lamar Odom team up and sign with Miami and convince Wade to stay. A little 2003 reunion would be nice. Sent from my SM-G900T using Tapatalk
