What a performance by the Cavs. They deserved it. Congrats to the Cavs fans in here.

Now hopefully Stephen A. is right? :shifty:

I live in warrior town and i was really torn, but this week warrior fans drove me to the edge. Cocky bastards. Happy for the city of Cleveland, not happy for comic sans.

Still don't understand how someone can imagine LeBron leaving. He just won for his home city. The man is staying in all likelihood.

8 free agents for Golden State not to mention they have to save up money for a supermax to Steph. Dont expect Golden State to win 60 next season.

Harrison Barnes most likely signs to another team.

Just don't be like a lot of the other stupid cities (looking at you Denver) and not know how to celebrate without tearing your city to shreds. But hey, enjoy it! And send Lebron to our Knicks

Here's what I've been pondering. Is this proof that even with elite shooting talent you can't rely on the three-point shot permanently - it's too volatile a shot?

The Warriors stayed close because Green and Klay managed to drill 3 pointers. The Cavs didn't, apart from some clutch shots from Irving. Without those they would have struggled further, but when they needed even more, they weren't there.

Can you count on outside shooting for consistent victory? The Warriors' regular record says yes, the championship says no.

    Thoughts?

My college roommate (and best-man) said people are already smashing cop cars. Not sure if he meant in Cleveland, or Akron.

Steph Curry has got to learn how to finish around the rim better. His finishing ability was cringing this series, like watching Norris Cole attack the basket..

Congrats Phin-O. You deserve it. ENJOY IT!

Now, Dan Gilbert, and the rest of that **** city deserve a stray Nuclear missile.

But I said so before this game..and will say so AGAIN ...NOW...Bye Bye Jordan. The conversation for the GOAT is between LeBron and Magic Johnson. Those are the two best players I have seen, and I know more about basketball than anybody on this planet. So what I say, goes. Bron, welcome to GOAT status. See you in a couple of weeks. LOL. just kidding. ..or ..maybe not? or maybe..........

Jordan basically called it quits after he couldn't have Phil Jackson as his coach. LeBron won with Ty Lue.

Please tell me the Lebron over MJ talk isn't real. I'll lose a lot of respect for more people. Already had this debate with like 10 other people via text. I was rooting for Lebron to get this one because he takes a lot of bs (some of it from me) and he is a great player but he nor anyone else from the modern nba's wimped up league can hold a candle to MJ. The only thing that changed is I can now put Lebron in my top 10 all time, probably top 5....I'd have to really think about that.

MJ played in the toughest era offensively, the no blood no foul, golden age. A league dominated by 7 footers at that time and no one could beat a 6'6" SG.

I'm not really a NBA fan, but I found myself hooked. What a great game. I was rooting so hard for LeBron and I'm so happy for Cleveland. They deserve this. What an amazing moment. This is why sports are so great.

Stitches already beat me to the punch here, but I want to feel what the city of Cleveland is feeling right now. I want this for the Dolphins so ****ing bad.

I'll come out and say it. I'm pissed the Cavs won. Dan Gilbert is soley the reason too. I rather see Lebron in LA. Can't honestly say I'm happy for him either.

    100% agree.

Cleveland fans are the most overrated clowns on the face of the earth.

I hope they enjoy the billions in property damage from riots between this and Trumpathon

I just have no respect for Bron as a man. That is what it boils down to. Honestly my Cleveland brothers....Im very happy for you. I will not let how I feel about Bron impact the fact that I know youve been waiting a LONG time for this.

I said Id never want Bron back when he left and meant it, but enjoy your title. I know how it feels for people to talk **** after you JUST won...so I will no longer do it.
