The Dolphins have half of their 2016 draft class under contract after getting deals done with both of their sixth-round picks.

The team announced that wide receiver Jakeem Grant and cornerback Jordan Lucas have each agreed to four-year deals with the team. The Dolphins previously signed first-round tackle Laremy Tunsil and seventh-round quarterback Brandon Doughty, leaving them with four other rookies to sign.
Grant had 255 receptions for 3,289 yards and 27 touchdowns during his time at Texas Tech and left college as the school’s all-time leader in receiving yards. He was also a good kick returner in Lubbock and that skill may offer the 5’6″ Grant his best chance of sticking on the Miami roster.
Lucas played cornerback and safety while making 33 starts at Penn State and the Dolphins called him a cornerback in their release about his signing. Wherever he winds up, special teams may also be his quickest route to the field.

I really like Lucas quite a bit. I think he makes the team for sure.

Yeah he has some real skills. He should contribute early and often.
