I don't hate Thill. He seems like a good guy and hard worker. There's no reason for anybody to hate him. I'm just not a blind fan boy like yourself. I actually have a clue.

the guy has a mind, his minds tells him how he feels about the qb who's on his favorite team, but yet he's spewing hate...lol..

maybe you should tell him a way to say it.

Im the biggest homer, this is the year THILL needs to step up. Im his biggest supporter but he needs to learn/play more clutch, better on 3rd downs, 4th q...Im cautiously optimistic that he is our long term "franchise QB". But if he has another sub par season, I would be for considering a change.

All I know is he HAS to step up this year. His contract is structured so that the Dolphins can get out relatively unscathed after this season if they want.
I like his chances this season, new coaching that should allow him to audible into better plays, on paper a much improved oline over anything he's had his entire career, and with the exception of RB improved personnel all around him.
If the results from him on the field don't show, its time to move on.

Truly is now or never time for him.

I think this is the year his numbers catch up to his talent. For the first time in his career he will have an offensive line in front of him that wont be putrid. That's all the guy needed from day one. I expect a high powered offense with a mediocre defense and when the dust settles he will be firmly entrenched as a top ten if not top seven Qb

And I think it is entirely possible. Regardless of anything, He is still the best QB we've had on this team since Dan retired not named Chad Pennington (for 1 year anyway). Don't even think about bringing up Jay Feidler!

I'm hopeful and inspired by the fact that he is BY FAR the best QB we've had since Marino... It is really hard to find a good QB, who can last a few years. He is our best chance.

Assuming the line stays healthy. Otherwise it's possibly a rinse and repeat of last year with hopefully one major difference, which is a coach that won't give up on the team. That being said even if the line fails, fair or not the franchise might move on from RT. I think it would be a mistake unless there is a sure fire replacement that is guaranteed better than him. I'd expect we draft QB next year in the first round if RT doesn't shine.
