Rumor is they're thinking of playing him at guard and backup tackle.

At 6'5" 320 lbs. he looks like a serviceable guard.

Now do the same with Jake Long.

No way at 6'5" and 320 lbs. Bushrod can't start at one of the guard positions. Then when Albert goes down, he's one candidate to be a possible backup.

Well, you can start a small parade with the amount of players they've said that about in the last several years.

I'd place him at left guard, so when Albert goes down he's still on the same side.

I come here for exactly these types of observations/analysis, and more often than not leave disappointed.

    I did not leave disappointed.

    Great work.

could be a good starter if change of scene can motivate

We should NOT pay this guy big money - his last contract was 5 yrs 35 million. 3/7 would be about right

Well we know at least one of our tackles will miss a good amount of the season and we know that our guards are terrible so hopefully we can get some backup depth out of this guy.
