Nice writeup of WR Darren Waller from GT http://www.fromtherumbleseat.com/ge...ll-nfl-draft-scouting-report-wr-darren-waller
Another nice writeup, this time CB Steven Nelson OSU plus video of his matchup against Jaelen Strong http://blog.masslive.com/patriots/2015/04/patriots_2015_nfl_draft_sleepe_1.html
Runs a little high and has some off-the-field issues, but with his size and speed that's a project I'd invest in. The gear at 1:01 is phenomenal for someone that size.
Vernon Butler DT Louisiana Tech Beast getting pressure up the middle https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ltL6872vGzs
Jeremy Cash S Duke playmaker https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zQ4Q-AvIjJw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aT3-dHxAdKk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EfKT3GCoKko https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XJDff4RlWng
Doughty is playing terribly.. Jesus Edit. Totally redeemed himself in the second half with beautiful throws after another..
OG Joshua Garnett Stanford https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DyhsCki3neg This guy I like, beast run blocker with a nasty streak, plenty mobile for ZBS and second level blocking. I would target him, get at least one other quality OG in the draft or FA. Tannenbaum and Hickey can't ignore the OL this year, we need at least one other OT for next year as well.
2014 Stanford OL RT Kyle Murphy #78 and LG Joshua Garnett #51 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aRLqIuj3eKg I would take both of them, Garnett first. Look at Garnett bury his man on the goal line at 2:20
I really don't like the fact that Lynch stunk against Auburn's D. Going to have to watch the tape after the fact but that can't be good. Watched some Goff and Lynch tape this week and I did find myself more favorable of Goff and less so of Lynch.
Lynch has some games where he couldn't throw a tight ball to save his life..... like he's throwing with JPP's hand or something. It concerns me.
Mackenzie Alexander- looks like a complete CB to me, a fine consolation prize if we can't get Hargreaves. Now that we're picking 8th and Jaylon Smith is injured, I'm looking right at Alexander and Myles Jack for that selection: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ENb73rCM8g Btw look at the wheels on Cordrea Tankersley on that first play, wow, tracking down Dalvin Cook. Actually I'd be looking at the Clemson defense a whole lot, those two plus Jayron Kearse with his talent and length at Safety and DE Shaq Lawson. Lot of talent on that team, I hope they win it all this year. Confident dude, Alexander: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tDFxryru2Ps Jayron Kearse, Baby Freak: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tDFxryru2Ps
