    Speaking of Charles Clay, the Jills draft Nick O'Leary (a bigger better version) in the 6th than cut him, sign him to their practice squad and he stayed on their PS till Dec 8th.

    If this front office wanted a decent TE/H-Back they could have poached NOL off the Jills for nothing.

    Instead the Dolphins get DE with attitude problems and a WTF QB?
