i hope your wrong. I don't want to waste more seasons. My concern is we have not had the opportunity to do a true rebuild from the top to bottom. We keep patching holes and while i think we have some elite talent on this team, we are not putting them in a position to succeed. More worrisome is tannenbaum wait and see approach, when there were moves he could have made to really help this team.

I think the jury's still out on Tannenbaum. Most of Ireland's drafts have been awful, especially the Dion Jordan disaster, and Egnew, Dallas Thomas, Jon Martin.

The last two drafts look really bad too.

Let's hire Jon Gruden even if he signed an extension with ESPN. He is the quarterback whisperer. Tannehill can do magic under him. Give Gruden full control. Superbowl here we come baybayyyyy

I'm okay with this but I really wanted them to go and get Jay Gruden but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, we just had to keep Philbin. When they lose to the Jets in London, Philbin should be fired on the spot and be told to find his own way back.

Maybe Tannenbaum is not the reason but more like Ross fault. But theres gotta be talks behind closed doors about making some changes, at least I hope there are. Cuz esp after this loss in home opener, this team looks worse than it did last 4-5 years. We should be 0-3.

Honestly I wasn't all that thrilled when we hired Tannenbaum, I thought that he really turned that Jest roster to crap. I don't think he has had the time here to judge him and he needs the chance to get his own coaching staff here so I'll hold out saying he needs to go but honestly I'm not that hopeful that he's the answer. If we hire Mangini I'm seriously out with this team and I think thats a very real possibility.

I totally agree. Landry appears to be the one quality player so far from those two drafts. I thought James looked good early last year, but after being moved to LT after Albert was injured last year and then returning to RT this season, he really hasn't seemed to progress at all.
The rest of the 2104 draft didn't seem to provide the team with players who will be major contributors to this team now or in the coming seasons.
The problem I have with the 2015 draft is that it didn't seem to fill the real needs on this team in the early rounds of the draft. Parker might turn out to be a decent player, but to me, LB, OL, and the secondary were much bigger needs than a WR in the first round. Taking a defensive lineman in the second round made no sense when there much bigger needs on the team.

While the coaching staff certainly needs to be replaced. I think many of us overestimated the talent level on this team. It won't surprise me if at least half the players on this roster aren't jettisoned by the new coaching staff rather quickly and we once again suffer through another rebuilding process under the next coaching staff.

Eric Mangini. Do you guys really want Mangini coaching this team because that's exactly who he is going to hire.

I think some of you need to chill out on James. I'm in no way supporting anyone in a position of power in this organization but James is 19 games into his NFL career and it's way too early to be calling him a bust.

I know that the torches and pitchforks are out and people want to burn the building down but that just doesn't make sense.

He's rated by PFF as the 31st OT year to date which isn't bad considering his experience and he has been shuffled around. You can argue whether he should have been taken later in the draft but he is far from a bust. He ranks significantly better than Robinson who was taken 17 spots ahead of him.
