Yeah.. for the Skins game: Jarvis Landry = best offensive player, Reshad Jones = best defensive player. I have no doubt both will be consistent performers this year. Now if the rest of the team could start playing to their potential!
I agree with you. We need the team to step up consistently playing their best game week in and week out.
Just to add on to the Reshad Jones love....
i guess ill bite, mistakes do happen but his play made up for that one mistake, the guy was making plays all over the field.
80% of the time he reminds me of Troy P, the other 20% hes taking awful angles. Hes elite regardless imo.
That was a great play, initially it looked like that was gonna be a big gain but Jones came out of no where.
Polamalu made his share of mistakes gambling too. Part of the territory with a good all around safety. Jones' contract is getting fat, but so is his play.
that play when it developed had disaster written all over it, but then all of a sudden Jones came out of nowhere and made it only a 3-4 yard gain
Yeah... when a player makes a great play, it's best to concentrate on the other 10 losers who failed miserably.
Not that it takes away from the play, but I think Jones was responsible for the bootleg/reverse all the way there. Vernon did the right thing in re: to his run fit.
It's just so glaring once you've watched the great play a couple times. O.V. is a huge part of the problem when it comes to the run stopping. It's getting to the point where I'd like to see Fede replace him as starter.
